Brad was incredible. Came out took his time and was very thorough with his diagnosis. Quoted us a more than fair price to get us back up and running properly. Showed up promptly at the time given and took care of everything in the time quoted.

We woke up on a cold morning and our heater wasn’t working. Brad was very responsive and quick to arrive. Not only did he fix our issue, but he went so far as to check all system components to clear any potential future issues would be addressed. Extremely helpful. He also checked on us the next day to ensure our heater was still working, which was very kind.

I called Brad to come out and take a look at my heater which I assumed was broken. It was an extremely cold day in the 20s. He made a suggestions for me to change my filters since they had not been changed in one year period he further stated when it's really cold. The system has a hard time keeping up. And if airflow is compromised, it can overheat and turn off automatically. He further stated if that did not work to give him a call right back. And he would come out.I take a look. Well, that was the problem, and it's working fine! He also followed up with me later since i haven't had not called him back to make sure it's a problem with corrected. I am looking forward to him coming to do the Regular maintenance on it in May. Highly recommend!
