I had a great experience with Varsity Zone HVAC of McKinney. Abel was the technician who serviced my AC units, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough in walking me through the maintenance process. When I mentioned that a previous company charged full price for a capacitor replacement, Abel explained that it should have been covered under warranty. He also showed me that the capacitor on my third unit was nearing end of life but assured me that when it’s time to replace it, I wouldn’t be charged the full amount. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy or trying to upsell anything—just honest and helpful. Abel patiently answered all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable having him in my home. I’d gladly recommend Abel and Varsity Zone for any HVAC needs.

Able from Varsity Zone of McKinney HVAC was right on time - on the dot, for the inspection. He was courteous, wore shoe covers indoors, and took his time without rushing. What I appreciated most was that he didn’t come across as someone trying to make a quick buck. Instead, he focused on building trust by educating me on how to get more life out of the HVAC units and what to look out for, without trying to scare me with issues. Awesome experience with Varsity Zone HVAC of McKinney. I had 2 of my A.C. Units stopped functioning all of a sudden. They were fantastic and took care of exactly what we needed. We had Abel visit us 1st thing in the morning, he was very professional, very respectful, straight to the point. The issue was diagnosed quickly and repair was done in a few minutes and my systems started functioning great. Awesome service. No sale, no gimmicks …. Pure Service and Care.

We had an issue before a major storm that was causing us to not have heat. VZ was there at a moments motive and fixed us up. Has they not been able to help, it could’ve been catastrophic both for the safety of my family, and for the integrity of our house in our pipes. I cannot say thank you enough, and I will be a loyal client for life.

He was also very **courteous and respectful of my home**, even wearing shoe covers inside, which I really appreciated. After the inspection, Abel took the time to walk me through all his findings. He gave **practical suggestions** to improve my system’s efficiency and also shared tips on **reducing indoor allergies**.

One key recommendation was to install a **compressor saving kit** to enhance the life of the unit and improve energy efficiency. He also pointed out significant **dust buildup in my old furnace**, which could be contributing to allergy issues.

Varsity Zone really came thru for me, it was super cold and my heater was not working. Able came to my shop very quickly and found out what the issue was and really helpped me out. The customer service I got was amazing. I would hightly recommend Varsity Zone is you have any AC or Heating issues.

Job done well and cost bereft of any added costs to squeeze the last dollar out of you. Reminds me of the honest, down-to-earth kind of business dealing of years gone by. No bells and whistles!
