During a very cold weather streak, my heat went out and Brad was an absolute lifesaver. I reached out to him earlier in the day, and he took the time to walk me through troubleshooting steps to pinpoint possible solutions. Brad is an outstanding professional. He answered my call even while he was on vacation and promptly scheduled an appointment after I explained my situation. He spent nearly two hours carefully troubleshooting every area and ultimately replaced the damper motor. He also offered a two-year warranty on the part, which is rare—especially since even Honeywell doesn’t provide that. I highly recommend Brad for HVAC repair and maintenance.

Brad is awesome!!! Very thorough and listens to his clients to better understand and communicate with the client. Willing to show the homeowner how to maintain their own system. Not once did he try to upsell me on anything. Previous provider told me I needed $8k worth of work on a fairly new system. Brad has my business and any of my real estate clients business too.

Brad is amazing! Very professional , reliable and he offers reasonable pricing. He was quick to come out and diagnose my HVAC's failed blower fan. Took care of the warranty claims with Trane for parts. He went above and beyond to install a portable air conditioning in my bedroom as we waited for parts to arrive. Once the parts arrived , he did not delay and came out on a Saturday to take care of the issue. I highly recommend him and his company!!

Great experience with Trusted Heating & AC. Edwin was professional, courteous, and very efficient at troubleshooting and diagnosing an issue with our rooftop unit heater that had tripped a circuit breaker. He quickly identified the problem, had the needed parts on hand, and was able to repair it and get our heater back up and running the same day.
