Brad has been rigorous and mindful to ensure our ac and heating needs are taken care of. He makes a strong effort to educate, ensure there is an understanding of risks and proper maintenance.

Brad came over to check on my AC unit which was not cooling. He arrived promptly and was very courteous and respectful. It took a little while to identify the root cause of the issue, but once he identified it he repaired it quickly. He didn't try to sell me on any repairs or parts I didn't need, and the price for the repair was very reasonable. If you are looking for an honest, professional, and knowledgeable repair person look no further. I will definitely be calling Trusted Heating & Air Conditioning again the next time my AC breaks.
