I got quotes from 3 other services none of them would give me a price just sd I needed new everything.m
MATHEW came out and gave me a good deal and fixed my system.
He was nice polite and had the system back up and running in no time. All the other company's just wanted as much money as they coould get. Not caring about hot we were in the house in texas in the summer

Mitchell was very responsive to my messages and came out right away to look at my heating unit. He did a few things and it kicked on quickly. He showed us everything and explained all of our options well. Thank you Mitchell!

I am highly recommending this company for HVAC repair. Very thorough and extremely trustworthy. What meant the most to me was how knowledgeable Mitch was about the total system--this is some one who isn't going to just tell you your unit is broken and needs to be replaced. A no nonsense quote and the work was done very quickly. He came highly recommended and I can see why!

Daniel and his crew at Burkett Bros did an absolutely incredible job replacing our HVAC unit. From the moment they arrived, they were respectful, professional, and genuinely passionate about doing things the right way.

Called on Monday. Showed up on Tuesday as promised. The tech (Daniel) diagnosed and repaired a/c unit within an hour at a reasonable price. Very satisfied with the professionalism. Will continue to do business in them in the future!

Mitchell arrived 20 minutes after getting the call for help. He was very informative and didn’t try to sell me on anything. The air in my house was back down to where it should be with just a minor fix for a VERY AFFORDABLE RATE. If you’re not using Burkett Bros. Air Conditioning, my question is why?

I contacted them for a problem with my HVAC. It only took a call and a couple of texts to schedule a technician visit for the next day. Jayse came and checked the unit and advised to replace the gas valve by the weekend. But Jayse came over a day early and got the job done. Quick, quality job! Great experience! Highly recommended!

Just purchased the home and we were told that the condenser had been serviced as part of the closeout process. The unit was working but only hot air on a day when only very cold air was desired. Reached out to YELP and Mitchell was the first to respond and was able to show up in a couple of hours and take care of us. Asked him to take a look at some other items since and found numerous things that can be corrected but were not urgent. Extremely knowledgeable and very thorough when reviewing everything. Received a report and pricing for those items that I requested a price for that evening. Great experience with the exception that the repair that was supposedly performed during the closing of the home was not done and that will be addressed with the OTHER HVAC contractor!!! Whatever work is done, should be done with integrity, honesty, trust, and the true willingness to do what is right! Contractors with these attributes will last and those without will not - thankfully! Burkett Bros are here for the long haul! Both Mitchell and Daniel have serviced my property and have been awesome!!! They make it feel like a “small hometown touch” versus some of the bigger companies you see on TV etc. I haven’t been treated like just a number. The make the appropriate recommendations as well when needed

Burkett Bros was a blessing on a Sunday afternoon. We called and they answered after just a few rings, and within an hour they sent Jayse out. I needed a water heater replaced.
Burkett Bros. Gave me a great deal on a quote for my water heater replacement. Mitchell had time available within a day or so. It’s frustrating to have a water leak and know that it’s not getting any better until it’s fixed so time is a factor. The install was done on time and better than I expected. I felt I could trust Burkett Bros and I’m sure you can feel that same way.

Wow! Mitchell and team came out quickly, diagnosed my HVAC issue, and fixed it the next morning perfectly. The team was polite, respectful, and great at what they do. I’m never calling anyone else! To top it all off, they also beat everyone else’s prices! I’m a customer for life.

I’ll admit I was skeptical at first after a bad experience with my previous HVAC company, but Mitch completely changed my perspective. Mitchell was great to work with. He came over the same day i had an issue with my HVAC system. He was really honest and reccommended things but wasn't pushy. I'll be using Burkett Bros for HVAC services from now on. Great service and price!!

I reached out online and got a call and text message shortly. They verbally talked through what we needed and then scheduled an appointment next day.
Confirmed we were still good for the time earlier in the day and arrived as scheduled.
Got out AC working and did a check to ensure everything was working as it should. Treated us with utmost respect and left a solid positive impression.

Mitch was super nice and helped walk me through the problem I was having with my furnace over the phone . I wasn't able to resolve the issue so he came over when I called him the next day. He determined it was the thermostat and told me that just needed to replace that and I should be good. Didn't charge me a dime. Now that's what a call good customer service . I highly recommend Mitch he will do right be you.

Daniel arrived earlier than expected which was wonderful considering we're had been without A/C since the middle of the prior night. ! As always, he was thorough and quick to remedy the situation. I've used them numerous times and always happy with their work and the price. I highly recommend them! A++ from me Daniel!!!

Mitchell from Burkett bros was great to work with. He called me less than a minute after I put my service request at 9pm on a friday night and was at my house the next morning by 8:30am. Life saver. His prices were reasonable and you can tell he is a very trustworthy person. Fixed my AC and gave me some tips on how to maintain it running smoothly. It's my first time using Burkett bros but will be using them in the future for any needs.

The quality of work this establishment has is immense. I’ve tried very hard to find a reliable and professional contractor to fix my HVAC. It is very rare that I remember a repairman’s name, but Daniel really pulled through in this repair. I was very impressed on the level of knowledge and the speed at which the inquiry was completed. If I had the option I would request Daniel every time for my repairs. Deserves the 5 stars, I will be using this company again and sharing it to all my friends.
