I have used On Time a couple times now and they are absolutely awesome. I had a water heater with a major leak but Chris came in late night and plugged that in, helped me drain everything out. And then the very next Keelan and his associate came in and replaced the two heaters. Both crews did a really good job, they were very courteous, took time to explain, very skilled, and the price was just too. I would always advocate for their use. Thanks guys!

I’ve had HVAC maintenance done before, but nothing even close to this level of service. Dominick and Cristo were absolutely exceptional. They were incredibly thorough and professional, spending nearly six hours carefully cleaning and inspecting each of my units.

What really stood out was their honesty. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and made no unnecessary or exaggerated recommendations—just clear, straightforward information about the true condition of my systems. That kind of integrity is rare and very appreciated.

My units have never been this clean or run this well. I will 100% be using The On Time Experts again, and I will specifically be requesting Dominick and Cristo for every future visit. If you want technicians who actually care about doing the job right, these are your guys.

They had a tech dispatched to my house within 2 hours! Muhammad was thorough, knowledgeable and didnt mind explaining things about my HVAC system since I'm fairly new to owning a home. He also was able to look beyond the immediate problem and fix the root cause of my system's failure. And they are a super veteran friendly company! I will call them everytime from here on out!

I would like to say that George Fowlkes was Auesome. He explained everything and showed us pics of what was going on with our heating system. Then he explained the membership and was very informative. We were so impressed . He was very polite . We ask if we could call for him personally and we really like him I t is hard to find good honest people like him .Thank you so much.

It was time for our annual maintenance so On Time Experts reached out to us as scheduled. One of their Techs, Travis came out and was extremely thorough.
He explained everything he would be doing and answered every question I had. He was very professional, friendly and was not pushy when offering additional services that would benefit me and the quality of the air in our home. I would highly recommend OTE if you are in need of maintenance, or needing some work done.

Otto’s my guy. Polite and thoughtful. Clean and methodical. Got an understanding of the issue and quietly went thru his checklist to assess what might be going on. After a thorough inspection he was confident it was simply a wire from the capacitor which had worked its way loose. For those of you who find yourselves having to call an AC person out and praying you’re not taken to the cleaners, On Time Experts really showed up for us!! Same day. As a veteran, NO charge. My wife and I are blown away w the service. Will call on OTE again with confidence.

On time expert? Not on time at all!!! We made an emergency call on a Saturday morning and didn’t get anyone until nearly 8pm that night. They found the problem and needed to come back to complete the work. Made an appointment for 3pm on Monday and by 7pm, no plumber. Took off of work to be there. Scheduled for the next day at 3pm. It is 7pm and no plumber. Had to reschedule again. Zero regard for our time and really need a fix. Price is reasonable but lack of communication and actually coming to complete the work is below standard.

Great great customer service, walked me every step of the way. Troy my technician was great and friendly sent pictures of everything done. I recommend to everybody. $59 promo is awesome. Don’t wait

Dominick from OnTime Experts came out for our HVAC maintenance, and the experience was excellent. He spent a couple of hours thoroughly cleaning both the indoor and outdoor units and carefully checked everything to ensure the system was running efficiently. Dominick answered all of my questions and explained things patiently, without ever making me feel rushed. I am glad I signed up for this maintenance service. Thanks, Dominick!

They offer a free HVAC system clean and maintenance check for first responders and veterans twice a year. Their scheduling department will aggressively call you to get you on the schedule but the techs that came out were very professional and thorough in their duties. If their scheduling department would only call one or twice a month I would give them 5 stars. The techs they sent get 5 stars all day! Wanted to edit to mention Codarius Isaac was one of my techs and he was amazing! Not sure what you are paying him but it's probably not enough he truly defines excellent customer service!

George was very proficient with his work today. He covered everything from A-Z. His mannerism was excellent. He was honest and open about everything with my units I hope that we would have had your company put in our downstairs unit. George F. was very knowledgeable and personable in explaining what he was going to do to determine the problem with my HVAC. After checking the system he returned with the blower assembly to show me its condition. He also had photos of the dusty air ducts.
I decided to take advantage of their "Front of the line" maintenance package. In addition to maintaining the AC and furnace, it also includes plumbing, water heater, faucets, pipes, sinks, shutofffs@drains, maintenance.
Its a Peace of mind package at a very reasonable price.

I had an excellent experience with Mohamed from On Time Experts. He installed a compressor saver kit on my A/C, and the entire process was quick, professional, and well-done. He took the time to explain what the kit does and how it helps my system run more efficiently. You can tell he really knows his work and cares about doing the job right. Outstanding Service from the initial call to the time our wonderfully knowledgeable tech, Muhammad, arrived! It was barely an hour from call to his arrival on a Saturday evening following the Christmas Holiday! He was very helpful and had valuable input about our BLANK Honeywell Pro Series thermostat (we tried all the advice from YouTube, etc) he was able to efficiently detect the issue and ensured we were safe from any electrical issues! Very Pleased with his OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Highly Recommend! He is a Great Rep for On Time Experts!

They took measurements as they inspected the system and gave us an assessment, recommendations and a quote to add an additional duct line.
