I came at McKinney several times.
Parts is more busier than system
I spent 100 minutes las time
Today 30 minutes..
One person is not busy because he takes care systems.. parts is longer waiting
I don’t like it

No one pick up calls…. No update for PO. We have been waiting for the part for a week.

Today was the first time I visited this trane distributor,
I can say was a pleasant experience for sure, was a simple hassle free transaction and the guy's were very helpful as well polite,,,,
Could only wish all the other distributors followed by their example,

Great place and AWESOME employees. Especially the Jamaican guy filling in for the week from the Carrollton store. He's an amazing guy and more people need to learn from him.

Equipment guys can't get to work on time, and no one holds them accountable. Parts counter guys are excellent though.

Home of your official OEM Trane parts! Last year I scored one of the promotional footballs. This year who knows. If your not a licensed tradesman you'll run into some issues but that's pretty standard.

After confirming on the telephone that they had the capacitor needed to get the AC system running again on my granddaughter’s first birthday, they refused to sell it to my ELECTRICAL ENGINEER daughter because she doesn’t have an HVAC license. Should have just gone straight to Amazon. Will so in the future.

Avoid Trane at all costs! Systems they built before 2020 came with a 1 year warranty without registering, 5 years if registered. The industry standard is 10 years without registration. This company clearly doesn't stand behind their products, shady.

Called the store and representative of Trane was rude all I needed was a price for a hail guard on a condenser unit which is plastic and wondered how many of them are different when on the unit it clearly states that it's a XL1200 and the plastic cover is all I need help flat out told me that he needed a model number and hung up on me? In my opinion this person needs to get retrained on customer service and support thank you

FYI - not open to the general public, must have a contractor’s license to purchase from this location.

Great store, always great employees that work here. Like family. They have always gone above and beyond to help. I always go here first.

Note* if your in the HVAC field, you know already that the phones for Trane Supply don't connect to the store directly, but to a national store wide system. Giving 1 star for lack of ACTUAL knowledge is childish. If you're looking for repair tips and diagnostic help, YouTube or CALL A CERTIFIED COMPANY.

Historically, I’ve not had good customer service from Trane. That was not the case today! I met this guy Matt who was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t let me wait on my order. Matt thank you. Please keep this excellent service up!

We had a complete Trane system installed last summer. Now, it's coming into the 2nd summer and it still will not cool the house. It constantly runs when it's 71 degrees outside and we put it on 76. Piece of crap. Should have stayed with Goodman.

Wait times! The line was six techs deep and there’s one person at the counter. It’s worse than Walmart! I don’t blame the person at the counter — the counter folks are great — I blame Trane management. I spoke with the branch manager and he said that he’s busy in the back and that we contractors need to be patient. I feel as if my time as a licensed contractor is not valued in that Trane believes it’s OK for me to stand in line 45 minutes to be serviced. That’s unacceptable. I will go out of my way to not deal with Trane.

The technicians were well-prepared, worked efficiently, and left everything neat and tidy. My system feels brand new.

Very impressed with their air duct cleaning service. The technicians were detailed, respectful of my home, and explained everything before starting. The difference in air quality was noticeable right away.

They did such a neat job cleaning out all the ducts. The difference in airflow is so noticeable now, and even my kids mentioned the air smells fresher. The team was courteous and explained everything before starting. Would happily recommend to friends.

This company really impressed me. They were transparent about pricing, punctual, and worked carefully around furniture. The technicians took time to explain what they were doing and why it matters. My allergies have improved noticeably, and the air feels lighter in every room. Highly recommended!
