I called the store for 2 days and tried to find out if they had nitrogen. they just transfer to each other. I am not recommending this store

these guys are great! they just started carrying HVAC stuff at this location, and are learning all the parts and stuff. the service is fantastic

As a professional plumber. I just don't get why the Ferguson stores in Texas are so terrible. I try to not buy from them. When I do, it's usually a nightmare. Ordered a tankless hybrid heater and paid for it on 4/4. Was told that it was in Austin and would be in Mckinney Tx in Two days. Scheduled customer for 4/12. Unit is not in and no one knows where or when. I did notice that my credit card was hit with the charge within 30 seconds of ordering it. Now I wait on a call, but I bet that I have to call them. This is my livelihood, and once again Ferguson drops the ball.

First time there and surely the last... WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.... Way worse than Home Depot. Asked an employee for help and said "I'm busy, I have to finish pulling this order in" and when asked if there was someone to help me he replied "not until someone is already free"... Maybe not such a bad thing to say but guy looked like he hated his job... Tell you what, it would suck to be him!

Amazing place full of just what you need and then some. Especially the staff. They are always very helpful. In the event your not sure what u need, they are sure to figure it out. Way to go guy! A business is only as good as it's staff.

Went inside looked all around, for the part I needed and not one employee asked if they could help. Since, I am apparently the "little woman" I decided not to go to the counter to beg, for help. I could not find the part, so I left. I ordered my part online from a big box stores.

I was relieved to find a specialty supply store that is willing to work with a DIYer. Went there with the old part for a unique plumbing issue. Staff conferred on what was needed and walked me thru the store picking up everything required. I use the big box stores for most of my projects as it is hard to beat the convenience of their locations, but Ferguson rules on both price and expertise. Will use Ferguson for my future plumbing needs.

I just recently was here with my husband to get some supplies and was testing out the crocodile 🐊 wipes and set my phone down and left, got 35 minutes down the road when I realized that I didn't have my phone I kept trying to call the front to ask them to get my phone, but I couldn't get a hold of anyone but tracked my phone and it was showing it still there the nice man that was working I believe his name was Larry I'm not too sure, but drove back and sure enough he had my phone behind the desk safe already holding it for me mind u I'm 5 hrs away from home, so thank you 🙏

I just went to this location yesterday and had a wonderful experience. First of all, I am not a plumber. Just an ordinary guy looking for help with a DIY project. I had the pleasure of working with Anthony who spent an extraordinary amount of time answering all of my questions and helped me solve a dilemma which the folks at HD/Lowe's dismissed within moments of walking into their store. This place is amazing - they have tons of unique supplies which you won't find easily anywhere else. Plus, they help you find exactly what you need.

Most importantly, Anthony tried to finding me the least expensive supplies for my needs. I really appreciate this since the reason most people try to do things themselves is to save a few bucks. This place is a gem. I highly recommend you try them first.

Always good to get what you need and having the trusted staff that is knowledgeable and helpful. COVID has affected several things, but not the customer service one expects from professional companies. This is one of them. If you need it, they have it. If they don't, they can get it to you quickly.

Seems more.for contractors not for people just needing smaller parts for fixing.

Fix the turn over time for standing in line 🤣

Try and Have people that don’t sit on their butt while line is backed up and get up only when they see someone they like/ know.

Been a customer for 20 years. Prices are absolutely absurd. Tried to charge me $350 plus for tankless flush kit. $177 at home depot 1 mile away. They bank on your employees coming in to buy materials not knowing any better and they take advantage of you. Highly highly do not recommend this place with its new management. This branch will be out of business in 2 years.

We had extensive plumbing rework done on our newly moved into 10-year-old home. New shutoff, pressure regulator, whole house carbon filter, water softener, and a 66-gallon heat pump water heater with recirculation pump to replace the tankless water heater that existed. Now we have wonderful good tasting soft water and only have a 15-second wait for hot water instead of a several minute wait. Sewell Plumbing provided a competitive bid and every step of the way provided courteous knowledgeable professionals working on site. As they ran into unforseen issues, they worked with us to provided solutions, without upcharges. We highly rate Sewell Plumbing and would certainly use them again.
