Excellent communication, punctual, professional and efficient. Surpassed our expectations. They painted the pipe to match the exterior of the building! We didn't expect that nor ask for it. Earl’s came out when they said they would, guys were very nice and found the problem.
If only it would have been fixable by them it would have been better. Have to wait on the city as they broke a line in the alley. Ugh, City of Lubbock come on this is a pain!
