I did not expect the high cost of this service. I was never told the cost of the service. Most of the other fliers from other companies that I received were in the $75-$85 dollar range. When I saw that Earl’s charged me $130 I was shocked. Guess I had better ask more questions upfront.

Best warranty company I’ve ever used. Our AC went out and they were quick to answer, seem to really care about our situation, and had someone out in about 10 minutes on a Friday after hours. Technician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything to me. Can’t thank them enough for getting our AC fixed so quickly.

Cooper with the Mckinney location was the best! He took our last minute job to come unclog our sewer line that was backing up in our shower! He was so fast and was able to diagnose the location of the clog and fixed it before family comes tomorrow! Highly recommend! Thank you Earl’s for your quick response and ability to get someone out. Will for sure recommend in the future.

I had a broken water pipe, and I was impressed with how quickly they responded. The technician arrived promptly, was very respectful, and fixed the issue right away. Their professionalism and efficiency made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend their services!

Big plus that they clean up after the line was unclog around the main drain.

Two others company's didn't do this left a mess outside of the house after charging me $300.00.

I am most impressed with Earl's Plumbing! I called on Monday and they were able to come out the next morning (issue was not an emergency). The office personnel was friendly & professional. The morning of service, the technician called letting me know they were headed my way & as to where they were at that time. The office texted me a picture of the technician and his qualifications & how long he has been with the company. Who does that? We will definitely be using Earl's Plumbing for all our plumbing needs. Outstanding service!!

Earl’s and his workers are so kind and helpful. Both the heating and cooling guys are so helpful and did a great job. I had a plumbing problem a little over a year ago and was so impressed with their work I called them again yesterday for another problem. I was delighted that Bryan (the same man who came last year) was my technician! He quickly assessed my situation and got it resolved.

John came and promptly diagnosed the problem. He called Rheem and had the correct parts ordered. He came back and finished the install and we our tankless water heaters are working normally! Thank you John and Bewley Plumbing for the great service!

Andrew was great locating a second PRV that was installed by the builder and was killing our water pressure. Found it in the yard wrapped in plastic. He took it out and our pressure is working fantastic. Greg in the front office was also super helpful throughout the process. I will use them from now on.

Bryan came out and was super nice and informative. He explained all of the plumbing accesses in my yard. He then tested all for a leak and found the leak. He provided an estimate and did not pressure me to go with them. My neighbor referred them - so I went with them. His work was great and he did a great job in keeping the damage to the lawn at a minimum. I would recommend using Bewley Plumbing - and hopefully you will get Bryan too.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company! Greg and his staff are so friendly and get the job done quickly and efficiently. Both issues I’ve had were solved same day. I also shopped around prior and they were the best price wise. I will be using them for everything moving forward.

These guys did a great job. In hindsight I should have did more to keep the dog quit while they were here. He kept barking non stop. For some reason it did not bother me that day. Hardships do that to you I guess. I had my hot water heater installed wrong for 6 years so we never really had proper hot water. Since these dudes installed our water heater, it has been a real life saver; especially this past harsh winter. They charge the standard rate but in this case it was defiantly worth it. Thankfully they did give us a military discount. It took them a while and hard work; to figure out that the water heater was not properly plumbed. They even had to switch water heaters thanks to my lack of knowledge about such things; on the phone. These guys worked hard all day to get it done; without one complaint to me. They even had to have the owner come here to help them figure out what was wrong. When they left I noticed one of the guys was really on edged; yet they held their peace. It has weighed heavy on me all this time and that was on Jul 10th, 2024. I am glad I finally gave them a good review. Also they are really high tech. They used the internet allot and their message service made it possible to contact them immediately all the time. That was very impressive; you just do not see that kind of thing. They were recommended by my next door neighbor, who has a repair business and he said they are very well known as dependable; by local McKinney people and he was right.
