Earl’s Plumbing did a fantastic job getting propane to our home, installing a new cooktop and hooking up a space heater. We have had two experiences with Earl’s Plumbing & Air and they have both been good! This past job was to fix a dripping external hose faucet prior to the cold front coming in this weekend. They were able to come out promptly the very next day and completed everything within 20 minutes.

The only thing that would have made this a 5 star would have been had they followed up a little better with what they said they were going to do. The Technician said he was going to give us an improved faucet cap/cover to protect against the freeze but he must have forgotten. Other than that, I think we’ll definitely use Earl’s again.

Carl was quick to diagnose and repair the problem. He was in/out in no time. The fee was reasonable. If needed, I would definitely call them again.

Initially, there was a misunderstanding about the work that needed to be done compared to the work that was done, but the owner came out the next day and made everything right at no additional charge! You can’t ask for more than that!! In the end, I am very satisfied with the service provided by Earl’s Plumbing.

I’m updating my review to add that they came out this week to change my angle stops to quarter turn valves and did excellent work as usual. I had 11 valves to change and 2 washer valves and I’m happy with all of them.

They helped us out with emergency bathroom sink flooding into adjacent closet. Great detective work figuring out the issue and helping us fix it. Highly recommend!
