Alyssa provided refreshing customer service during my purchase. She found exactly what I was looking for (which i couldn't find in stock at the larger hardware stores) at a distant location and had it shipped to my house and was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was very pleased with the purchase. It was my first time using Moore Supply and it will definitely be my first stop next time I need a hardware store.

Fantastic place, great customer service, but most importantly they actually had the parts I needed. I dont care that I had to drive a half hour further I got the parts I needed when literally every other plumbing supply store was backordered or out of stock. Thank you to everyone in the service department for being able to help me when I was in a bind! Same day repairs are always the preferred route, and you can't do that without parts! You guys rock!

Alyssa provided outstanding service. While we were in shop everyone was so nice and the customer service was outstanding.

We had a bad experience at a popular company in Frisco and they should come and have training at Moore to see real customer service.

Please advertise Faucets more because you cannot beat your 5 star customer service.

Called Felix Garza and his company, TEX plumbing at 11:00 PM and they came out within the hour, staying until 2:00 to ensure that what they thought could be a leak was not! They performed a pressure test and checked all of my sprinkler system to deliver the great news that there was no leak, but it could be coming from the house next door! The charge was minimal, the service was thorough, profession, immediate and Mr. Garza and his son were the nicest service people I have ever dealt with! I would highly recommend them to anyone who requires the services of a plumber for any reason! Thank goodness for people and local companies like Mr. Garza, his son and TEX Plumbing!

Felix was able to come out within a few hours notice to fix a leak in my bathroom sink. He unclogged our pipes, and repaired all items necessary. Very courteous and pleasant to work with. He will be my 'go to' person for all future needs. Thank you Felix and team!

Tex Plumbing is the only plumbing company we use! Felix always arrives when he says he will. The work is always completed in a timely manner. He is neat and clean on the job. He is a kind sweet man with a heart of gold. His office manager is pretty great too! Be sure and call him for all your plumbing needs. You won’t be sorry.

Had a sewage issue. Worked with 2 other plumbers that charged higher prices and couldn’t resolve it for months. TexPlumbing came out and got the job done in an hour. I would give 6 stars if I could.
