Tex Plumbing came out and did a complete re-route for our kitchen remodel. The guys were amazing and explained in detail the entire process as they were working. We also had them install a new tankless water heater and had them come back and plumb a new outdoor water faucet. These guys do quality work!!

Felix provided service on relatively short notice to accommodate my schedule because I was leaving on a trip. Although it started out as a routine replacement, we discovered there was a leak that required much more effort, time, and materials than it seemed at first. I was impressed with his work ethic that he stayed and finished it all that night, and even replaced the brick masonry around the opening such that it looked like it had never been opened. I would hire him again without question.

Today was only a diagnostic visit for us. We called and scheduled an appointment with Tex Plumbing in which I have been very skeptical since every plumber I have called since the February Texas freeze has been either a no show or shotty work. To our surprise Tex Plumbing scheduled an appointment the next day and showed up promptly within the 2hr window. We met two of the most professional gentlemen Felix and Drew who just seemed to be compatible partners and very polite both smiling as if portraying the message they enjoy what they do. They both listened attentively as we explained our issues: the first being leaking pipes in the basement ever since the freeze (we have an old historic home)and secondly converting our current electric stove to gas. They were also very neat as they put on their booties each time they entered/ exited the house or basement. Upon their thorough assessment of the pipes in the basement as well as underneath the house Felix explained to us the next step. He knew exactly what his approach was going to be and came across very knowledgeable. He made me a “happy wife-happy life” when he also said with confidence Tex Plumbing could convert us from electric to gas! Whoa! Whoa! I immediately ordered my double oven gas slide-in stove!!!
We have an appointment scheduled day after tomorrow in which Felix explained will be an all day event for them…any past plumber had not stayed no more than 20 minutes let alone an entire day! The old adage: “you get what up pay for” I find true in this case whereas Felix and Drew have yet to do the job, yet my husband and I are confident we will definitely get what we will pay for!
After reading prior reviews about Tex Plumbing, they are everything those reviews say they are!
These were the two most nicest friendliest people one could ever work with…and they have yet to do the work…yet I highly recommend Tex Plumbing ….oh but when they complete the job…oh you better believe, I will be writing my part two review so stay tuned!

My boyfriend and I are a young couple and struggled finding someone who was willing to help us two college students out. Felix and his helper was very professional and very knowledgeable. The work was done efficiently and very professionally. Our tech made sure to keep a smile on his face, and made the experience much more enjoyable. My boyfriend and I were very happy with the work, and much more happy with the price. I recommend them for any plumbing problem one might have, Felix made sure the price was reasonable and that the problem we had was solved the first time, and first time only.

Had inspection done for selling our house. New buyers wanted a license and certified plumber to fix some easy repairs such as the toilet kit leaking kitchen faucet and a tub diverter. I called over a half a dozen plumbers in the area from Anna to Mckinney. This was the far best company With customer service professionalism, friendliness and cost. They came and did a estimate and I told them I had other people coming and they did not mind. They came back the next day to fix all three things and he was very adamant about how professional the tub diverter looked and worked, how the toilet flushed and really tried diagnosing the kitchen leak, which the cause was never found.
Tex Plumbing left their card and the invoice telling the new buyers of the home that if they did find that the kitchen leaks, they would come back and fix it to the best of their ability I would highly recommend this company over our local plumber who put in our tankless water heater and charged way over the estimated price and didn’t finish the job as verbally agreed upon.

We had a leak in our kitchen and Tex Plumbing fixed the issue in a quick and cost-efficient manner. Additionally, they were very friendly and responsive to questions and concerns. I will definitely call this company again if I have future plumbing issues and will recommend them to friends.

Felix was so wonderful to work with! He did all the plumbing for a shower and master bathroom remodel including moving drainage pipes and adding washer dryer hookups! I was so impressed I had him come back when my small under the kitchen sink water heater failed. He fixed all the problems the (cheap) previous plumber had left me and installed a great quality new heater that is wonderful.

I will be calling him for any future plumbing needs!

We had a leaking faucet outside on the back of our house. They came out and repaired it for us and did a great job. Very friendly, professional and great price to do the job. We will definitely use them again.
Update 7/20/20-Felix and Jacob came out to replace a shut-off valve behind the washing machine inside of the wall and we could not be happier with them. They left the area they worked in looking better than when they got there. The work they did looked very professional and their price was wonderful. We recently used a different plumber in the area for an emergency call to replace the shut-off valve behind the refrigerator and they left a huge mess and charged us WAY more (without counting the emergency fee) than Tex Plumbing did and did a less professional job. We will definitely use Tex Plumbing for all of our plumbing jobs from now on.

I contacted Tex Plumbing late on a Friday night and Felix was out Saturday morning to assess my issues. We had several things happening, but luckily no broken pipes due to freezes. He was quick in his assessment, fixed what he could that day and gave me an honest and fair quote. On Monday, Andrew and Collin came to install a new faucet, toilet, and fix another toilet. All was done timely and exactly to estimate! Will use again and highly recommend! Felt well taken care of and reasonable rates and excellent service!

Had a clogged drain, Felix and his team spent a ton of time going above and beyond to make sure there weren’t any other issues in the lines or cleanouts.
