Took my money, and didn’t repair a thing. Paid for nothing at all. Absolutely no help.

Collin was fantastic, very thorough and very mindful of putting things back better than he found them, just an overall great technician.

The only star deserved here is the fact that they finally showed up for the appointment after multiple delays. This is probably the fifth contractor that Choice Warranty has sent to work on our mini-split AC. I was very explicit in my explaining that it was a mini-split, and their documentation showed the same. But just like all the other contractors that Choice Warranty sent out, using my valuable time, money, and lost wages, Sears was yet another goose chase to tell me that they didn't work on mini-splits. Computer-generated responses to claims does not seem to be working well in my opinion.

Luis was awesome. He is very professional and knowledgeable. Great experience

Kevin was very polite. Professional and explained my repairs in great detail. Helpful and informative. Great Job Kevin!

He suggested replacing 3 major parts of my refrigerator for a small refrigerant leak. $1,900 dollars instead of a 5 or 6 hundred repair.

Technician Luis came and asked what's wrong with our dryer, I told him that the red light stays on for "check lint" and air flow vent stays on even after opening and cleaning front and the back of the machine. He didn't even lift a finger, I turned on the machine. He stayed for a couple of minutes and told me motor needs to be replaced, gave a qoute which I declined. Got charged for almost $130 for someone who didn't do a thing! What a rip off!

Victor arrived in the morning on an all day appointment, which was great. He was very polite and professional. Vic had the parts with him to repair multiple issues with my dishwasher. He was an actual Sears repairman and not a contractor which I appreciated very much. Thank you

Vic is amazing! He was able to troubleshoot and fixed my dryer vent connection issue in no time! He showed me what I did wrong when attaching the vent hose to the dryer. Once the issue was resolved, Vic gave me some tips to prevent the issue from recurring and timeliness for to have my dryer serviced. I would highly recommend Vic to service your dryer.

He was nice and talked through what he saw and did to resolve the issue.

Amazing experience. Ordered the part and it was suppose to take a week. It came in the following day and they immediately came back and installed it.

I told him about the hole in the drum of the rubber piece on the on the washer. He said that it was OK and I'm a little leery because I had this problem before so if it happens to Leakafter he said that it would be OK I'm gonna be very upset

First thing, they can't give you a 4 hour window. I needed to pick a day that I had absolutely nothing else planned to schedule the repair. That put me almost a week out from when I needed it done. More important, after the repair man was here and after he looked over my dryer, he told me that he needed to look behind the dryer and he cannot pull it out himself (now allowed). I was not able to pull it out myself so we had to reschedule. There went $140 down the drain for nothing. If I had known that, I would have had the dryer pulled out before he got here. Nope. Not happy about that.

Showed up late. My appt time was from 8a-12pm: he showed up at 145pm. He spent less than 2 mins in the attic furnace and then a few minutes outside furnace. I know he drained it, but left the hose where he used it. He didn’t put it back where he found it. He also didn’t fully close the attic door. And he left without even talking to me about my maintenance. He was ok I’m done and left. I don’t even know if he did everything he was supposed to. And I don’t even know if my hvac is working ok. I’m really disappointed with the service.

Mario was excellent. He knew what was wrong with my dryer just by listening to it. He was on time, worked with care and was very nice. He has decades experience working on washers and dryers. If you call Sears for washer or dryer repair, ask for Mario. You will not be disappointed.

Kevin was teaching a new tech, John, and did a great job mentoring! He is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and inspiring. John was gentle, attentive, eager to learn, and completed everything. Kevin oversaw from start to finish. Great job!!!!! My home warranty was well worth it. Only paid my deductible. No additional charges. Thank You 😀

My technician was quick and very efficient. Even though they were not able to fix my issue due to it being a different issue and what they specialize in, the technician explained everything thoroughly

I wasn’t treated fairly because I was racially profiled. tech arrived about 2:00-2:30p which was okay, asked what was happening I advised unit not cooling. He didn’t go into attic I advised that I changed filter 1 week prior. He checked level of Freon says unit levels were off and it was hot, you will have to read his notes, he had me to turn unit off about 30 min and also he watered unit down advised to keep debris free by watering and it cooled off. I suggested for technician to check air drier filter he asked me why I merely said per Google because thermostat was increasing only around 3p-4p to 80 degrees. I guess I offended Technician per his readings it cooled off and he left. Tech sent a survey after I thought my issue was resolved and I gave him a 5 rating it should have been -0 rating After he left the unit worked for about 1hr I called him back he had us reboot it that eve and the next day the temperature was reading 80 for 2 days. I called tech on 7/26 advised him unit wasn’t cooling and rebooting wasn’t the norm he said he would notify of unresolved problem to Choice and they set appointment for 7/28 7a-6p nobody came to service my unit I waited all day. That’s why I feel I’m racially profiled and I phoned Choice this morning and they advised me that technician says order was satisfied on 7/24 technician only said that because I completed survey right after he left. He didn’t have to lie, I hung up with Choice because I was pissed I then text technician and told him he blatantly told bald face lie. New tech arrived today 6:20 I think I he was given a heads up about me. That’s so unprofessional to bad mouth me. New tech went into attic after checking levels he says meter is clogged after I mentioned the drier filter to him that’s when he went into the attic. I asked to speak with supervisor tech phoned a Marco and I told Marco it’s somebody higher up than he, they advised me they would contact Choice and I phoned Choice and they said Sears denied my claim. Tech had said Marco wasn’t helping me they were bothered I called them out about that part. They really didn’t want to do the work or maybe weren’t trained to weld, then they shouldn’t been sent to do a job unskilled. That’s wrong trying to take advantage of the elderly a woman at that. I know this is the season to clean up and scam poor folk.

The tech ladarien was ok for the service. Today was a reschedule from yesterday. He indicated he rand the door bell and knocked. However we didn't hear it I suppose but ee didn't get a text as requested. He also came 2 hours outside the expected window.
Today he came ahead of the projected time . Sears has some improvement needed on time projection and communication with clients. Yesterday was a whole day wasted to not have service. Today was almost a problem since he came earlier than expected. This is a continuous issue with Sears. The customer service has decreased with more complaints increasing. As of note, it took 4 mos and multiple phone calls to get this appt. It seems it is more 3rd party sourced and AI generated. I would not recommend their warranty and will most likely cancel
