He scheduled everything with ONCOR and the city inspectors office and keep in touch with me until the work could be done. Power was cut off, the panel replaced, inspected by the city and power restored on the same day. I give Epic an A+ on service and communication. It is nice these days to call a company and have someone answer their phone.
