Jerome thoroughly looked at all the options for completing our fireplace installation AND reviewed them with us to ensure nothing was being missed. In fact, he came up with the method that would have the least impact on our walls (in terms of holes that would need repair. I really appreciated that because we just completed a kitchen remodel and they didn’t give much consideration to this. He also completed the job in less time than anticipated. I also learned about several programs they have to improve certain systems. I’m not sure I received a bargain price but we were so pleased I didn’t worry. Definitely keep them as my go to!

I had a circuit stop working overnight. Checked all the normal things extensively and couldn't determine the problem. Steve came in and did a complete diagnostic, isolated the issue and corrected everything promptly and efficiently. He provided me with recommendations with multiple solutions regarding the state of my current electrical system. I'd recommend Hop2It without a doubt. Thanks Steve !

Steve and Braden rock! Not only were they courteous and professional, they knew how to do the job right. From fishing wire behind brick walls, to installing receptacles in tight places. These guys did a perfect job. With the competitive prices Hop2It offers, I wasn’t sure what kind of technician I would get, but these guys blew me away with how much experience and knowledge they shared. Hop 2-It does outstanding work! That’s why we chose to wait for a day when they had a technician available, rather than call on another company that we had no history with. Our previous service, performed by Matt from Hop 2-It, was such a good experience, that we decided not to roll the dice with another company.

This time, we had some “mysterious” issues causing 2 breakers to repeatedly “pop” on our breaker box panel. Our technician, Steve, troubleshooted both situations diligently and thoroughly. Before starting his work Steve explained a few potential causes for our problems and offered a fair and reasonable estimate for his proposed work before proceeding.

Steve, like our previous experience with Matt, did an outstanding job! The final cost did not exceed Steve’s initial estimate. We were completely pleased with his communication, craftsmanship & professionalism throughout the process.

Bottom line — we will not hesitate to use Hop 2-It again in the future, and give them our highest endorsement.
