UPDATE: Rude, unappreciative, inattentive people, including receptionist and David. Ignore your concerns, ignore your needs, drag out the time by ignoring you. Certainly, look elsewhere. I saw the response Brenda posted, after I wrote my review. Quite disingenuous. After receiving her response, of "what can we do to make this right." I thought that was nice, only to find that was a CYA of the review. I contacted Brenda several times saying I understand, lets have you come out and do the work. NO RESPONSE. Apparently, truth is not their strong point.

Customer service at it's best. Our main breaker failed. late at night. The next morning I got s call at 8:00. Technician was re-routed to our emergency, I texted a picture of the bad breaker. The technician brought one and we were back up by 10:00. I had never used this company before but will from now on.

Cooper Electric is my go to electrician! They explained why my outlets were turning brown, showed me the damages, and changed out light fixtures to LED and WOW! what a difference. The electricians were friendly and very clean, what more could you ask for?

I called Cooper Electric to install outdoor electrical outlets and a ceiling fan in my newly constructed patio. They were very Prompt, Professional and reasonably priced for all they did.

I feel terrible because I just realized I never got around to leaving a review from LAST YEAR. I could've sworn I did it! Last year, we gutted and remodled our 1,000 square foot house. We knew nothing about electrical and our budget was non-existent. We tore down a wall to create an open kitchen and I wanted to put electrical in my new peninsula and hide the existing electrical in the walls. I called Cooper Electric and said, "this is how much money we have. Can you do it?" and they said... "...yeah we can do it." Such a weight off of our shoulders! A year later, we are re-doing our garage to make a MIL suite for my mom and I know just who I will be referring her to. Thanks guys, sorry for the late review!

This company is used by the property management for the house I rent. They were called out to troubleshoot and repair a circuit malfunction which took the power in a part of our house offline. Even though it's peak season for electricians in Texas, they came out same-day; and had the problem resolved within 30 minutes of their arrival. Impeccable professionality and good humor with these folks - highly recommended, and I wouldn't be able to pick a better local company to work on your electrical needs.

Awesome company! They rewired my whole house after a fire about 10 months ago.I was having some issues with my under the cabinet lighting. I called and they came the very next day to take care of it! They're polite and very professional.They will definitely be my go to electricians.

Brian and Sam came out and handled a few minor jobs for me. I called and they were out same day. What could have been some major work ended up being fairly straightforward, but what was most impressive was that they took the time to explain the why behind the what. I am exceedingly pleased with their work and with their general ability to communicate effectively. I highly recommend calling these folks for any electrician needs.

Called these guys on a Thursday afternoon and had someone out same day, fortunately the weather and schedule worked out in our favor. Great customer service, someone actually answered the phone and even called to update us prior to techs arrival. We were selling our house and needed the GFCI operation in kitchen checked and a couple replaced. Tech was knowledgeable, friendly and went through whole house to test operations. Within an hour we had work completed. Love supporting a local business being a family owned business ourself. Definitely recommend!

David Cooper and team are absolutely incredible! We have used them over the years for installing lights, ceiling fans, etc. Most recently, they drove to our house in North Dallas to do a punch list of various items which took an entire day. Their focus to detail and customer service is why they are our go to electrical contractor. They are prompt, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond.

I called Cooper Electric on a Thursday and they had someone out here the very next morning. They sent three electricians for my job because I have very high ceilings and they had to maneuver a very large ladder. All the electricians were professional and personable. They even noticed a couple other light bulbs that could be changed and did that while they were here. The price was very reasonable especially considering there were three
electricians. It was a great experience from the first phone call until the job was done. I would definitely recommend Copper Electric and if I ever need an electrician in the future I won't hesitate to call them.

I am a General Contractor and I have been using David and his team for 7 years. I do not call anyone else. They are johnny on the spot always and never have to do anything twice. It gets done right the first time every time. Prices are always fair. Corners are never cut. David is very knowledgeable in his field. I do not have to have a second contractor to keep him honest. David is a man of integrity on the job and off the job. I cannot say enough about David and his team. Behind the scenes Brenda his office manager does a fantastic job as well. This was my first time to use Cooper Electric and I was very pleased with their work. Besides the work they did I think David's daughter made a new friend with my dog Beau. I would definitely recommend this company and if & when I need electrical work in the future Cooper Electric will be who I call.

They installed a ceiling fan and updated our kitchen and garage lights from fluorescent to LED. Honest work with fair prices. Plan to use them in the future to update light sockets

Cooper Electric will be the only electrical company I call from now on. This company has the highest integrity of any I have ever dealt with. From fixing the issue with my electric to taking the time and listening to my concerns and finally to a follow up call this morning to make sure we were completely satisfied. WE ABSOLUTELY WERE! Perfect experience from a wonderful company. Call was answered quickly and they were able to send someone out within a couple of days. Brenda arrived on time, was nice, courteous and professional. She not only resolved the problem, but improved on the previous lighting in our Living Room. It now looks fantastic.

Landon and Jared/Cooper Electric Services are the best in the field. If needing any type of electric work done call them. They are honest, dependable, affordable and extremely knowledgeable.

5 Star operation over there. Left a message to make an appointment, got a call back within 30 minutes. Appointment was for the next day. They had a cancellalation and was able to come the same day. The technician who arrived (Andrew) was awesome. He was knowledgable, courteous, and conscious of time with regard to pricing. He let me know at every step that I could probably finish the next couple of steps my self and save some money. I am glad I took the time to do the research and found this company. The only place I will be going for my home electrical needs in the future. Thank you Cooper Electrical.
