David came out to provide an estimate and was very polite and professional. The tech showed up early and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the work as he went along and displayed a high quality craftsmanship. I am very pleased with the work they did and I also received what I felt was a very good price. I have some future plans for some lighting projects in my kitchen and I will definitely use Cooper Electric again. *UPDATE* I had to call Cooper back to make a correction on an oversight that was completely my fault. They came out the same day and gave me a great price. The same tech came out and he was as friendly and professional as the last time. Give Cooper a call, you won't regret it!

Found out one of my outlets was smoked; had a lot of wires to it and I wanted a professional to evaluate and repair so that the house doesn't go up in smoke! We installed two ceiling fans ourselves. The light on the ceiling fan that we installed wouldn't work. Kristin and Andrew came out. They were a great team! Kristin took the switch cover off and discovered that our new fan/light required a LED light switch. They went out and got one, installed it and finished up all within an hour. They were very pleasant as well! I highly recommend Cooper Electric Service!

My property management company reached out to Cooper Electric Services for a hardwire stove removal and putting in an outlet for the new stove. I promptly got a call from a sweet woman named Brenda, she got some electricians out to me within a very reasonable time frame. Andrew & Dawson were early and got the job done quickly. They even went above and beyond and took the old stove to the curb for me. I would definitely recommend them.

Great experience. We were having issues with our breaker box and AC unit, they came out quickly to evaluate the situation. Electrical issues can be scary, but I would highly recommend Cooper Electric. They are professional, honest and responsive. David is very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain things. We will be using them for all future electrical needs.

Jerry and Cameron came out on time today and installed a light switch to an outside light. I wanted to be able to turn the day/night off so my solar lights would come on. They also installed a new plug in for my smoker as it went out. They were only here maybe a little over an hour and they got it all done. We will be using them for our electric jobs in the future. They were very reasonable and both just as nice as can be.

The most important thing to know is how nice they all are. From the phone call to the guys who showed up. My main guy is Jeremy, and he's super knowledgeable, helpful, and good at what he does.

I had additional work I needed, and Jeremy wasn't available, so they sent out Matt (I believe). The experience was identical. Super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. In fact I was having cabinet work done that day and needed the electric work done ASAP before the cabinet guy closed in the space. They fit me in and I didn't have to cancel my cabinet guy.

They listen if you have suggestions. (You know your house better than they do.) They work fast. But they're just great to talk to.

They worked with me after my first contractor messed me over and bent over backward to help me. Loved working with them.

Anthony was awesome! He installed a very ornate chandelier that required a lot of detailed work 20 feet in the air. He even put in extra bracketing so it will stay put. He is also very personable and takes pride in his work.
