UPDATE 9-29-25: I texted Griffin on September 3rd asking for two quotes which was for about $6000 worth of work. Unfortunately we can no longer recommend Epic due to poor communication and lack of responses. I've been asking since September 19th when he can schedule the job. I finally spoke to him today, 10 days later (9-29-25) and said he's been busy but could schedule it for next week, over 2 weeks later. They seem to be too busy for more work, $6000 worth...

We own a Residential Property Mgt. Company and EPIC was recommended to us and We ARE SO THANKFUL for them. They have taken care of many issues since we started working with them and I can whole heartedly tell you to call them; you will be very pleased!

I use Griffin and Mike for all me personal electrician needs for over 10 years. In addition, I operate ten restaurants in the DFW area and they handle all my commercial needs at those locations. Always dependable and responsive to any emergency need that I have.
You won't find any better electricians in the Denton, TX area.

The guys do a great job with customer service and took care of me. They had to coordinate with Oncor also because of a meter issue so I didn’t have to. They check to make sure everything is good and that you’re happy. They also installed my Tesla charger previously. Will continue to use them for any electricity issue.

We called Epic for a breaker that would not reset and chose them based on the online reviews we read. I’m glad we did! The reviews were spot on. These guys answered when we called, scheduled to come out within a couple of days, showed up when they said they would, figured out the problem within a few minutes, gave us a reasonable quote and completed the work as stated in the work order. We couldn’t have asked for better service and I would definitely use them again.

We had Epic come out to relocate a junction box and repair two outlets. They were very responsive, easy to work with and quick to finish the repairs and well priced. Highly recommend them!

This company has the right word in its name “EPIC”!!! They came out and fixed our issue quickly with a very reasonable price. Also gave some important knowledge on all that they do! We had Epic add electrical plugs to our kitchen island, laundry room and our back patio. They did a great job and everything looked very nice when they got done. I would highly recommend them for any electrical work.

Epic came out and diagnosed a wiring issue that was preventing us from putting up a ceiling fan. After they figured that out, they mounted the fan for me. They did a first rate professional job with which I am very satisfied. They were all-round nice guys, too.
