June 2021 - After the first visit, we were left sorely disappointed. Noah visited our home and installed the wrong Amp connection into our water heater even after we provided the instructions and box for the electric-tankless water heater. He left nothing but his hard with little information about what was done and didn't stay to see if it worked properly.

January 2022 - After a few phone calls to their customer service team, Kristen scheduled a new appointment within 2 days with a complete professional: Cameron.

He was kind, researched our product online, hooked up the correct amperage and checked the water to see if it was heating properly. A complete turn around, but the first impression left me wondering why there was such a discrepancy in their service.

Matthew P. was awesome. He provided several options for us to choose from. There was no upsell pressure at all. He was very diligent in his work and in answering our questions. I highly recommend Hop2It.

Excellent communication, was able to troubleshoot the problem quickly, recommend all options, showed me the price and what it included, very friendly, and was very professional.

Steve came by and got all the sparks wrangled out of my wires. He gave top tier service with a literal smile the entire time while taking the time to explain what he was doing. He gave me several options and prices that would take care of my issues and I even had to yell at him to stop cleaning the slight footprint on my tile I was walking around in muddy boots on. Rudy did a fabulous job. He removed the bathroom fixture I had requested to make room for a solar tube but was thoughtful enough to keep the box in place nearby just in case it’s needed. BRILLIANT!!!

Noah is a great electrician! Also very professional, knowledgeable and a very nice guy! Our NEMA 14-50 plug melted by our EV charger (plug was old and had a loose wire ). Noah replaced the 14-50 with a higher quality one and reinstalled our charger and checked the electrical system to make sure everything was safe! Very good service!

Steve was very thorough, extremely professional, and at the same time most personable. His advice regarding outmoded and overheating breakers was very helpful, and he gave me all the price options up front. First class work! Would definitely use him and this company again.

26JAN Mike and his young electrician (I forget his name, but nice young man) came by to change out our builder grade single vanity with beautiful double vanity lights in the master bath. I also asked for a quote in installing a Google Nest Floodlight camera over the garage. Well, I got all three lights and they even created an covered GFI outlet in the roofline hidden behind the gutters. Quick, professional, and well done. They only had to cut two sections of drywall, which were easily repaired. Highly recommended!

Very affordable pricing (especially for initial estimates/service calls)

Quick scheduling (had an electrician out 2 days later - my need was not urgent, but I believe they do urgent appointments as well)

Professional electricians who can relay (pun intended) information back to customers in a very understandable manner

I try to do thorough due diligence in all aspects of life, from Amazon purchases to car buying, and that also includes electricians. Sifting through pointless reviews that lower a rating because someone doesn’t understand root issues, possible complications, or because they just want to whine. Keep in mind this review comes from someone with absolutely no background in electrics.

Hop2It had stellar reviews, and in deep diving those reviews it seemed like an earnest company not trying to price gouge or disregard that we all have busy lives that we’re trying to get back to. From my first call to their office to see if they could handle my needs, I spoke with Kim and she was very friendly and helpful. Electrical issues can be complex waters, regardless of how much background research is done. We live in an ever-evolving world where machines become more and more complicated. We don’t want to break something that will cost a fortune to repair, and we don’t want to shock and hurt ourselves because we were unaware of potential dangers. Jeremy came out and was incredibly helpful. He helped explain issues in layman’s terms, while also upholding very professional standards. He clearly knows his stuff, and I’d be relieved to work with him again for any potential electrical needs. He represents Hop2It very well.

I was encouraged to leave a thorough review because I know how much electrical problems can influence our lives, and how expensive they can potentially be. Look no further for a solid electricians - I will absolutely use them again.

Matthew was terrific. Him and a colleague replaced exterior sconce lighting and installed 2 pendant lights over my kitchen island. It wasn’t an easy job to rewire and switch boxes to keep a set of lights on one switch and the pendants on the other, but they managed to do it perfectly, quickly and were super kind and professional. I’ll be using this company for all my electrical projects in the future!
