I bought my home 3 years ago as a 1st time home buyer. I don’t trust many people and the A/C I would say was put together as a “here’s a case of beer” moment. Air Tech, as a company has helped not only me but my family’s home get it running and cooling like it should. And for the 1st time I trust them to take care of my home.

Yesterday, Daniel was my Technician and he was awesome! Love that guy, he was transparent, didn’t try to sell me unnecessary things. Also, he helped me learn more about A/C’s in general. Air Tech has a good guy working for them and I look forward to many years of using them in the future!

I highly recommend Josh G for HVAC system repairs! He was professional, knowledgeable, and got our system running perfectly again. AirTech is lucky to have him!

Kirt Kincaid is absolutely trustworthy! Punctual! Very smart! Knows what he’s doing, and isn’t trying to “get one over on you” to make a sale! 💯 I refer anyone and everyone to him because he’s HONEST!

Kane always delivers excellent service and communicates all work preformed. He is the only technician we have come into our home. He is polite, cares about our home like it was his own. I would like to add they had other technicians from their installations team install a filter in attic they shifted the drip pan and have left me to deal with the dripping water from the unit that is leaking onto my ceiling since they shifted the drip pan. I have called them multiple times and will no longer use them.

We’ve had been in the market for a while looking to replace an old ac unit. Hector made our experience with this amazing. Hector made sure we got every information needed to make our purchase a good one. He was very profesional, he made sure I knew not only the time he would be arriving but the moment he was on the way and he has great customer service skills. I will be recommending airtech again thanks to our experience we had with hector.

Both arrived within scheduled time window. Performed assessments and minimal needed adjustments. Explained everything they did. Were courteous and listened, as well. Addressed all issues and questions. Left everything neat and clean.

Scheduling was a breeze as usual. Communication was great with the technician. We had our annual heating tuneup. Jason was very time efficient and communicated all of his findings throughout the process. He even completed the work ahead of the expected schedule. Will definitely use AirTech again.

Kirt was on time and very professional. He took pictures of the areas in the attic that he saw during his inspection. He answered all questions to my satisfaction. I appreciate everything he did. Thank you.

My sister recommended Air Tech of Pasadena to me after they serviced her unit. She and I both had bad experiences with another company that repeatedly would not show up for scheduled appointments - and worse, couldn’t be bothered to give a courtesy call.

With Air Tech of Pasadena, it was a great experience from start to finish. I easily made my appointment from their website and received almost instant confirmation via text. Timely reminders for the appointment also came via text. On the day of my scheduled service, I had a window from 8a-12noon. Shortly after 8am, I received a text letting me know that a technician, Kane, was on the way. Not only did they share his ETA, I could track his vehicle in real time. They also included his picture so I’d know who to expect.

Kane arrived right on time and was so polite and professional. I invited him in and he insisted on putting covers on his shoes - even though his entire uniform and work boots looked brand new. He explained to me what he’d be doing and how long it would take. In what seemed like minutes, he serviced the unit outside, up in my attic and tested the wall thermostat. He even took pictures of the underside of the unit up in the attic for reference and to show me what work he performed.

A great experience! I’ll be using Air Tech of Pasadena for any future ac work and recommending them to anyone needing service. Their $69 annual maintenance service is worth it to keep your ac unit running smooth. Thank you, Kane!

I had the pleasure of having Kane Monthie either AirTechofPasadena AC plumbing come out to my house on Saturday to check out AC unit , and he did an excellent job. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me in a way I could easily understand, which I really appreciated. Kane was professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful throughout the visit. Jaret Campbell is our technician and he never disappoints. Not only is he very thorough and gets any job done to great satisfaction he is kind and considerate in answering any questions we might have. We rely on Jaret for our a/c & ht’g needs!

A bit pricey but willing to work with you. Very thorough, helpful employees who will help you understand what's going on. Kirt Kincaid was wonderful and explained the process acceptionaly, which made me feel like i was infact being taken care of!
