The services from Modern are outstanding. I needed a gas line run to my stove. It took them no time to install the line. My wife was so happy. Then my a/c went out. They also do A/C , I called them back out and they fixed our a/c. Josh was awesome with the plumbing and Jacob was awesome with the A/C . They are fast and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone that needs things done right the first time around. It is a family run business that thrives on quality and fantastic customer relations.

Workers came out and did a 5-star job. The problem is they came out at 6pm (dusk) worked for 20 minutes and said they'd be back in the morning to complete the job. Being a Sunday evening I was aware of a $240 charge but expected their return to complete the job on the same ticket. Nope, I was charged $160 extra for the return visit to complete the job from the night before. In all they worked for 40 minutes at a callout cost of $400 for a total bill of $436.16 to include parts.

The best customer service and work hands down! Robert Marquez is seriously the best! I was so concerned with issues on a home I had just purchased. Robert went through every single fixture in my house and fixed all of the issues. He was able to thoroughly explain everything going on with my plumbing and made sure I understood everything. He was so professional and fast to complete all the necessary repairs! This has been the best experience I’ve ever had with a company especially with such a big issue like plumbing. Was a great company to us for years. AC and plumbing. Our home flooded due to their error. Modern stepped up to the plate. They reimbursed us $960 to dig around sewer to eliminate that problem. The problem
was something they created. Admitted and moved on. Insurance spent
many thousands of dollars to repair house. We were inconvenienced for 4 to 6 weeks. No kitchen for several weeks. We boxed up items. Stored other things. Modern knew we had a deductible. All we got was the $960
that eliminated one problem. Never offered to reimburse us our insurance deductible. $2200. That hurt. We did not create the problem.

I will say the twins are the grandest workers ever. I shall miss them. The secretary too. Mannerly. However things happen. We will move on. It is a good company. I was disappointed that they admitted their mistake and moved on. Their mistake cost us. And they didn't seem to care.

At 3pm I discovered a leak on my first floor ceiling. Modern Plumbing is always recommended in a local FB group so I gave them a call and thank goodness they were able to send out service same day because I was panicking! By 4:15pm they were at my door. They discovered the issue within 15 minutes! Irving was very knowledgeable, professional and honest. They were able to fix the issue quickly and out the door they went! Now I know why their name always pops up in Nextdoor and FB! I will absolutely recommend Modern Plumbing to all my neighbors! Thank you!!

Modern Plumbing came the day after Christmas to snake our kitchen line, saving the day. Who knew the day before New Years they would return to yet again save the day - hot water heater replaced. We now have our kitchen back with hot water to boot! Amazing folks! Thanks again and Happy New Year !

Modern plumbing did a awesome job for me today repairing our old, late model, leaking shower valves. Marcus and Octavio showed up to perform this job. These individuals were very professional, knowledgeable and showed up on time. They wasted no time assessing the issues and making the repairs. The pricing was very reasonable and done right.

I have now used Modern Plumbing several times including installing a gas hot water heater, a gas line leak, and several minor plumbing repairs. They have always been quick to respond and have made the repairs quickly and efficiently. Their employees have been both courteous and professional, and their rates have been very reasonable. I would gladly recommend them.

Called this company late yesterday as we had a cooler go out. Was not expecting service as it was so late but they showed up and quickly diagnosed the issue then went back to get the part needed and squared us away. A true life saver for us and our customers. Our AC broke down during one of the hottest weeks of the year thus far, and Sage went above and beyond to get us back up and running. He came over three days in a row, often in the rain, working tirelessly to fix the issue, and his professionalism and dedication were unmatched.

He explained exactly what was wrong, gave us multiple options for parts and repairs, and helped us make an informed decision without any pressure. I have used Modern Plumbing several times before & have recommended them to others. Two days ago my ac went out & the house was 87 degrees. The workers came by yesterday June 24, 2025 at approx 9am. Approx 4 hrs later, I hadn't heard anything about a quote. I called to ask for one. Here we are 11am the next day & still no quote. No ac either. The woman whom I spoke with said the person who put the quote together wasn't available but she'd let him know. They know it's miserable living without ac. They know people need information to make informed decisions. When I told her that I went with another company, she didn't seem to care. She has air, so I'm sure she doesnt. I'm extremely disappointed. My 15k job is just a drop in the bucket to them, I understand but I've also been present when one of the owners has spoken to our community group professing how important we are to their business. That rhetoric doesn't match how I was dealt with.

Brandon was able to find our leak between the 1st and second floor of our home within 30 minutes of arrival. He and Octavio took extreme care cutting the access panels to address our current situation. Within a couple of hours these guys had the leak identified, new copper fabricated, buttoned up and the water turned back on. Please consider Modern plumbing for any plumbing problems you may encounter in your future.A++

We had to get a tub/shower valve and manifold installed due to the old one leaking. Irving and Stephen had the new one installed and working wonderfully in about 1.5 hrs.

We experienced several leaks in our two story home and within 24 hours Modern was on site to access the situation. They were able to locate and repair swiftly before any additional damage was done. We appreciated their quick response after being stood up from another local company. I’d definitely recommend Jacob and Wesley for anything plumbing or AC related.

I had a leaky tub faucet and called on a weekend. They were out first thing Monday morning, had great communication, and fixed everything up and cleaned up after themselves so fast!

A few years ago we had a large issue with a clogged drain line running through the backyard. We had a great experience then as well.

I'd definitely recommend Modern Plumbing for any issue, big or small.

I called Modern yesterday morning before 9am requesting an estimate for repair of my damaged and non-functional (no hot water) pedestal sink in the bathroom. They said they'd have a crew out by the afternoon. The crew (Brandon and Marcos) arrived BEFORE noon, ready to work! They carefully inspected the sink, diagnosed the problem and knew the solution. I approved their estimate and they got immediately to work. They dissembled the sink, replacing all of the non-functioning parts...and Oila: Hot water! Brandon and Marcos were great and easy to work with. The price, customer service and end result were all great. Thanks Modern Plumbing!

Thank you to Moises and Camilo for their great work in fixing my plumbing problem I had already used 2 plumbers and they were the third and with their hardwork was able to get it fixed.
