I called to schedule a quote on 5/13/25. The lady took all my info and said the contractor would call me 1st thing on 5/14 with an ETA. It's almost noon and nobody has called or reached out. Not worth calling if the people do not keep their word on appt or quotes. I shouldn't have to wait half the day for an ETA on a quote. That should have been done 1st thing.

I got several estimates for my home REPIPE for the best service and pricing and they were my final choice. Absolutely professional hard-working men that have been established here for many years. Best choice. I would recommend them 1000 times. Randy is great to work with.

I had my house in Pasadena repipe job done this month, July 2025 by Deer Park Plumbing. Randy and team were very professional, knowledgeable, informative and did excellent work at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing issue.

Needed my attic drain pipe snaked because of a serious clog. They spent at least two hours working on it. They fixed the problem and working on my hot attic was no fun. The price was excellent and I’m hiring them again to fix another problem. They are honest not like the first company that came out for a free estimate and told me I needed to re-pipe which was a falsehood

Man these guys have the best customer service out of any one I have ever used. I had a pipe bust and they came out within 2 hours, and that was 45 min away and it was after 5. The guy that fixed the pipe was super nice and did yell at me for holding the light wrong a few times, that's what my dad used to do.

These Guys are great. They go the extra mile. Josh is very good person and good worker. They will have all of our Plumbing and AC work from now on. They CARE. and that is hard to find today. They are also a christian family with good values and work ethic.

Called Joshua Sunday night and he was at my house first thing Monday morning to fix my clogged AC drain pipe.
He cleared that drain and went on my roof in the rain to snake my bathroom vent.
No problems with the drain since.
Will call him again with any further plumbing problems.

Called in on a pipe leak in the attic over the kitchen at 8:15 am. They said once they get everyone rounded up we will be first stop. Dalton and Ethan rolled up at 8:55 am. Found the leak. Gave me my options and were done at 10:00 am. Great service, friendly and professional. Asked about sheet rock repair and called Donald at the shop to get some references for sheet rock repair. If you need something plumbing this is the place to call.
