Their phone operators are not friendly or professional. Had schedule an appointment with them, I had have them a wrong area code to my number so my appointment was miss, my fault obviously. The were going to call the plumber and see if they could still squeeze me in and gave me the I'll call you right back... an hour later I called them. Talked to a different person. They told me it would later in the day which I could not do, we cordially reschedule for the next day triple checking to make sure the number was correct.
Next days come around my appointment is at 11. At 11 I still have no phone call so i call to confirm. They tell me the appointment is from 11-1 and I will receive a call before they come this way. 1:15 hits, no call. I called Deer park plumbing, they were able to fit me in last minute. By 1:30, still no call so i canceled the appointment, they didn't even ask why.
I understand delays and unexpected things happen. But I feel like they could have handled this more professionally, maybe it's was just a bad day and I'm over-reacting.

I wanted to express our genuine satisfaction with "TX Pasadena Plumbing CO" this is Not Your Average Plumber!!! those people are professional, responsive, and friendly. They are local, family owned and they really care about their business. They will come to help at anytime. We already use them twice for some general plumbing issues, and we will continue to spread the word about them to all of our neighbors and friends.

They did a great job repairing our old water heater. The technician was very skilled and even checked other components to make sure everything was safe. I would’ve given 5 stars, but the arrival time was later than promised without a courtesy call. Still, I’d use TX Pasadena Plumbing again without hesitation.

Jose is one of the best business owners I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. We have used him for when we rented a home and our first home purchase for anything and everything we needed and he has always done amazing work. His prices are extremely fair and his customer service is above and beyond.

Does not warranty his work. Didn’t show up when he said he would, was the last person to touch my water heater and now it doesn’t work. Had to go through the holidays with no hot water.

If you are looking for a plumber, I highly recommend Jose Sanchez with Still Plumbing. Independent company, formerly with Nick‘s Plumbing, I‘ve used him on multiple occasions. He does quality work with reasonable prices. Also quick response times which is important with unexpected issues!

Jose did a conversion from two 50 gallon water heaters to a Noritz tankless water header (natural gas.) Rerouted the plumbing as needed, built a mount for it and vented everything properly. Had some knocking pipes so he installed two water hammer arresters. Super happy with the work. Showed up as expected, completed the work promptly and very easy to work with. I would not hesitate to have Jose handle any future plumbing needs.

Great customer service, very helpful, straight forward, efficient, awesome work and would definitely recommend. Replaced angle stops that were damaged and old.
