The service was excellent. Called and notified Crawford Brothers Plumbing in the morning of my situation, concerning the clog of my sewage drainage pipe. The customer service agent was very nice, respectful, and patient. Technician came on time and was also very respectful and informative. He gave tips on how to control and prevent this issue from occurring again, and in doing so he also kept me updated as he was doing the job. Will definitely recommend.

Our kitchen now has a new faucet thanks to these guys. They were professional and amiable. Their prices were really affordable, and they completed the installation in a very short amount of time. They also did their own cleanup. The entire procedure impressed me, and I would use them again without a doubt.

Cynthia was professional and helpful when we called. We got an appointment the morning we called which was a huge relief to us. Hector and his co-worker showed up during the time that was given to us. They were also very efficient, courteous and explained what they did for us. We were very satisfied and will call them again.

First, their service call does not cover finding out what the problem is. They wanted more money to just determine the issue. Second, the technician could not understand English enough to answer simple questions. Don't waste your time with this company.

The initial call to the office was pleasant. Sean & Daniel was totally professional. They made suggestions and even went to the store to buy a new faucet. Great customer service!

I am so happy with the service provided by GEI Plumbing Services. We had an emergency situation with our sewer line and they came out within an hour of my call on a Sunday. They were efficient, affordable, and courteous. I would recommend their service to anyone. If you do use GEI, I hope you are lucky enough to work with Operations Manager, Idan Levi. The young man who cleaned the grease trap this morning at our home did an outstanding job, was very courteous and professional. I wish I had gotten his name. He was so courteous and as a retired teacher he made an outstanding impression on me.

The people at GEI Plumbing are true heroes! Within an hour of my call, Guy arrived to professionally present a favorable offer to replace my water heater. He was gentlemanly, knowledgeable, and he patiently answered all my questions.

Charlie was great. Showed up when promised. Kept me well informed. Charged what I felt was a very fair price. When he left my yard looked just like it had when he started.

This was GEI on Fondren. These guys are the best. From the time I called to get a quote on installing a toilet to the time they arrived to check out the situation, we settled on a price, they left to pick up a toilet, came back... took out the old and put in the new.It all took maybe 2 hours. Fernando and Jacon will be my go to guys at GEI from now on. They are efficient, fast, clean and oh so nice. They left everything spotless.

Recalling their professionalism, I called them to quote replacement of galvanized steel for pex quote for an older home. I greatly appreciate the coordination to schedule a last minute appointment among Juanita (at reception) and the team of plumbers, Fernando and Hector. These guys were great! They were able to fit me in a few hours after I called. Their cost to come out is much lower than others and it's waived if they do any work. Their prices for work were reasonable too. The gentleman who came out to my place did a very thorough job and made sure to cover all the bases.

They were great, they went above and beyond with my drain problem. I had a clog that wouldn’t unresolve no matter how much we attempted with other plumbers. They came in and took care of it. It took longer than a usual snaking would take but that’s the great thing about it, they were determined to find and fix the issue. Now im making plans to have them come check out some other main lines under my house to see what can potentially be improved.

Sean and his team did an outstanding job. The pipes had to pass through a very tight space in the corner of a low attic, which made the task quite challenging. They went the extra mile to find a solution that avoided opening up the wall. Additionally, they used new, durable materials to ensure the pipes can withstand severe weather conditions. Their expertise and dedication are truly commendable.

I called GEI and got a same day appointment at no extra charge. They came out in a reasonable time and for a reasonable price. They asked me a few questions about my issue and they were able to quickly diagnose and resolve it. Great experience! I would definitely use their services again.
