I was having issues with clogging of sewer line under the house. DuWest rerouted my sewer line by tunneling 24 ft under my house and installing new PVC pipe to join newer sewer line that had been installed during prior remodeling. They also added piers during the process to stabilize the foundation after tunneling. All seems to have gone very well. The guys doing the work were very diligent and the office staff always responsive to any questions I had.

I don't ever write reviews, but my experience with Du-West Total Plumbing was so drastically different than any other plumbing company that I feel they deserve a public thumbs up! I hired Du-West to fix a slab leak only to find that the leak was nowhere close to the area where another company's "leak detection report" stated it was. In fact, turns out it wasn't even under my house!
The Du-West Total Plumbing Team was quick to inform me of the issue, flexible with their schedules while I attempted to sort out the problem with the "leak detection experts” and more than willing to adjust course. There’s a huge difference between fixing a slab leak and replacing a leaking water shut off valve!
I was extremely impressed with their willingness to provide superior service and the integrity they displayed in quoting their job proposals. The professionalism they exhibited was a great example of what it means to work with a family-owned business! I highly recommend this company!

Juan Ruiz and Antonio just finished flushing and cleaning our Tankless Water Heater. They did a great job, left my Wash Room very clean and everything in its place. Very profession and knowledgeable about the Unit.
I appreciate their willingness to explain the process to me.

Erick Garcia is the Du-West Services Plumbing Division’s plumber working on our foundation today, 3/29/2024.. As with each person we have either encountered or viewed with Du-West, Mr. Garcia also warrants 5 Stars. Mr. Garcia conducted a Post Hydro-Static on Subfloor Drain Test. He was happy to report no leaks. The Pre-Static Test had no leaks as well. Mr. Garcia presented me with the documentation and the keys to our newly installed Hunter
XC Hybrid Irrigation Controller Panel. His instructions were easy to understand his points made clear. Thanks to Du-West, Erick Garcia and each crew that has participated in the foundation leveling of our our home.

Du-West Plumbing did a re-pipe and installed new service lines to my house in September 2021. Chris and Chris did an excellent job in a timely manner. They also installed a new water heater. All was done at a fair and reasonable price.

Bandera checked out my watering system to see if it was functioning properly. It was; but he increased the timing set so it would run longer and replaced the batteries . He and his other partner were very professional and nice I would recommend them again!

Looking to replace conventional with tankless water heaters. Chris arrived on time and evaluated the current system and explained the replacement process, advantages of a tankless system and other details. Very thorough work.

Every person I dealt with was courteous and polite and got in and got the job done. From the time they found the leak under my slab before they started on my foundation Du-West gave me an estimate for the plumbing work and once I decided to have them do it they were here the day after the foundation work was completed. We used DuWest for a second time yesterday. We called mid morning and they had a technician to us by noon. Jacob P was very knowledgeable and could explain what he needed to do,etc. We ended up enrolling in their maintenance program and it will pay for itself in just the 2x a year checkups. Very impressed with the overall customer service from the people answering the phones to the work being done.

Chris from Du-West came out to quote me on some major plumbing repairs in The Woodlands area. He was on time and his quote was fair. I scheduled the job and the service tech Derek and his crew came out when they promised, and completed the job in the time frame they estimated. They did a great job on the PEX re-pipe and water heater replacement. They were respectful and courteous while working in my home. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a competent pluming company.
