Last December, GEI Plumbing replaced our water heater, and we were very satisfied with the service at the time. 5 months later, we noticed a leak on the cold water supply line. We reached out to the company, and Cynthia responded right away. She promptly contacted the lead technician, Adan, and scheduled a follow-up repair on the same day.

Great service, called them at 10pm they where out and had everything working by 3pm the next day. Less than 24 hours. Price was right where I expected it to be. Sean was very professional, explained what was needed and did not try to sell me on things i didn't need. Definitely will keep there information on file for future calls.

I had a water heater that was not working, including giving a sulfuric smell to the water, which I have read online is very dangerous.

I scheduled an appointment with a larger repair company, but they had to change the appointment at the last minute to the next day, due to the long time that it would take to do the labor. Starting at 11:00 a.m., I called every company that I found on Google and several contractors I know, and none were available for same day repair. I called GEI Plumbing after 3:00 p.m., and they said that they would be able to do the work. They came out by 5:15, and had the entire water heater replaced and operational by 9:00 p.m., at a very reasonable price. They are LIFESAVERS, and I am very very happy to have found them. I cannot recommend GEI Plumbing highly enough!

The guys came in so quickly and fixed the gas pipe in no time. It was an exterior 1/2” house gas outlet sticking out from the brick wall. These guys took the old badly corroded black steel pipe out very artistically without breaking the bricks and installed a galvanized pipe through the hole. Very clean nice job! You can see the pictures of what they did.

I explained I was 5 blocks from him on Fairmont Pkwy and needed a backflow valve put in. He said he would call me back but 6 days later I still have not gotten a call back.

My mom lives in Pasadena ,Texas. On Christmas she called all in a panic because her toilet was backing up. Why on Christmas? I got online and found this plumbing company and they advertised emergency service. Well to my surprise they actually came out on Christmas day.
