My first time dealing with Du-West A/C Services and they rate a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Plus review! The HVAC Specialist, Jed Ames was professional, knowledgeable and provided a detailed analysis of my Furnace and Compressor issues. He provided several options in regard to the required scope of repairs and optional manufacturers. Ultimately, the furnace which was installed in 2001 was replaced. The installation was scheduled the same day and the furnace was installed by Manuel and Dennis who were professional and respectful of my home. During the removal of the existing and installation of the new furnace, great care was exercised to insure that there would be no damage to the interior of my home! Same day, seamless replacement from the service call to installation. Extremely satisfied with the customer relations and services provided by Du-West! 👍

Jason came out and serviced our HVAC system and replaced several parts and we now have AC and heat. I was impressed with his knowledge, courtesy and professionalism.

Jed Ames did a thorough maintenance on our HVAC system. Of all the HVAC maintenance we had the last 10 years this was the best one. He answered ALL my questions which were so many with patience. He is professional, respectful and knows his stuff.

The technician was well prepared and knowledgeable. He found a serious problem with the AC/Heat ducts that will need repair/replacement soon. We hope he is available in the future for this mandatory repair.
He also repaired the outside system with only the parts that it needed. We learned a lot from this outstanding young man.

We've had Tri City AC and Heat service our A/C and heating units since 2012. They have done general maintenance, repairs and replacements of both A/C and heating, and we've always been very happy with their service. Honest, dependable, trustworthy, professional, and reasonably priced. We are so very thankful to know that they are OUR A/C and Heating specialists and that we can trust and depend on them.

I have been using this company for approximately 15 years. Always receive excellent service within same day or next. No question on ability to troubleshoot any problem & repair same day. Engineered and installed new air & heat system based on the construction & insulation of new home. This company is definitely one I refer anyone needing this type of service to.

This team of service professionals are top notch in every aspect. They gave me a quote, gave me a date for unit/parts to be available for the install, scheduled the date/time for service, and showed up ready to rock on time. They delivered on every single commitment they made. The demo of the old and installation of the new units were efficient, they cleaned up as they went, and when they left, it was like they were never here, except my a/c was blasting us with wonderfully cool air. You don’t need to look anywhere else. If you want quality work, excellent customer service, a company with a great reputation that delivers…Tri-City is THE place!

Extremely impressed with Tri City. They came out, diagnosed the problem quickly and professionally. Found the obscure part the next day and had me up and running that evening. Communication was excellent as well—something I highly value.

Merrick was the absolute best today he came by our facility today! He was able to assess the problem with A/C to say he is a hard worker is an under statement!! He needs a raise ASAP!!

Yesterday got home ac is out the blower from the attic wasn't working. I think his name was Sebastian if I'm wrong correct me please he arrived at my home shortly after I called I explained to him what happened Then he got in the attic and in less then 30 minutes he found the problem and fixed it . So I'm very satisfied.

I'm extremely pleased with the services I've recieved from Tri City Air. Everything from scheduling to seeking information has been met with a well-informed and friendly staff. It is my experience is that they are a quality air-conditioning/heating company.
