Very nice & considerate! My dryer knob was broken & the metal detachment had fell in. They came up with several different alternatives for me, so I wouldn’t have to purchase a $.300.00 piece. Meaning it costed me just the diagnosis fee. & Plus they gave me a year warranty! I can’t forget the honesty! I will always use them & recommend them to anyone! Thanks Greg for everything & your honesty! Plus working with me!

Technician arrived in a timely fashion for initial diagnosis of the problem, part was available and repairs were completed the following morning. Quick and efficient repair process from start to finish by Travis, and the communication from the office was timely as well. Would use them again if needed.

I went with this company outside of my Lowes warranty after 2 trips from Lowe’s repairman didn’t fix my dishwasher. It was well worth it. Travis wasn’t there 5 minutes and diagnosed the problem easily. Burned up cylanoid (sp?). Took a picture and showed me. He knows his stuff. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers.

I have a 2013 Samsung side by side refrigerator that stopped cooling. The freezer section was still working just fine. I called Mr. Appliance on Monday afternoon and by Wednesday 2pm my refrigerator was fixed.
Their communication was superb, they called me the day before to confirm. I received a text message with a photo of the tech that would be coming out. This extra step makes me believe that the company values their employee and the customers safety. The tech arrived at my door, introduced himself and listened to all my concerns before he started looking at the fridge. He asked me questions and tried to puzzle the problem. He even illustrated to me how a refrigerator works; That to me, is priceless. I was fortunate that I did not need any repairs. Thank you for your service and your reasonable pricing.

The service representative came out the day my husband called and diagnosed the problem with the refrigerator, told us what it needed and what that part’s function was, that was on Friday he ordered the part that day and Monday let us know the part was in and we scheduled an appointment to have it installed and it’s working perfectly now. Very good service.

They were very trustworthy. They send you a picture of who your technician will be and they were able to work around the fact that we would have to meet them at our house for the repair. They give you notice the day before of what time you should expect them.

The office staff is very good setting appointments and text notices. The technician Travis was right on time. Very professional, made an excellent diagnosis and prognosis. Part was ordered and follow up repair was great.

Javier came to fix my oven. He did a great job for a reasonable price. This company is very professional and efficient: from my initial call to sending my receipt as soon as job was finished. I will use them again and definitely recommend them to others.

My dryer stop spinning so I called Mr. Appliance. Made an appointment and in a couple of days they came out and fixed the dryer within an hour. Great work, friendly service. I will definitely call again if any of my other appliances stops working.
