The service technician was excellent . Came on time, got the ice collection tray back in and said that new parts would be problematic trying to obtain them. This would have been the third heating element this fridge would need and it is a five year old fridge. Obviously Samsung has an engineering issue with the ice maker. Mustaf, the repair person was great, friendly and he did not try to upsell me on any product when I decided not to repair the fridge. Just a great service call.

The gentlemen was one, knowledgeable on my broken washer, but sadly he agreed it would cost more to repair than replace. If course I still had to pay the fee, but thats how it goes.

I was having problems with my Samsung dryer. So I called and made an appointment then the technician named Ike came out exactly at the time they promised. He assessed the problem quickly and let me know my options. Once I agreed he ordered the part and came the next day to make the repair. He answered any other questions I had and let me know about the warranty. Overall I am really satisfied with the service. May use them again for any other problems.

The technician identified the problem, he did not have the part in his vehicle so went and got one and came back same day and repaired my fridge.
