Have used their services a few times now and it’s been excellent. They communicate before their visit which I great because then you’re not stuck waiting around not knowing when they are coming. Super quick to diagnose the issue and provide repair options in detail then we’re able to have my washer/dryer fixed right away and back up working all within the hour. Super easy invoicing system as well and excellent follow up to make sure everything is satisfactory and the repair has no issues. I will continue using them and highly recommend them to others

Great service, called and were able to come same day. Service Tech arrived on time and called 30 min prior. Was very professional, quick and efficient. Would definitely use this company again

Made an appointment over the phone for next day service, and received a 4 hour window. Technician never showed up in that window, nor reached out indicating any delays. After the window passed, I sent a text message to the number I received the confirmation from, and no response was received. Called the office number as well 2x, no one answered either time and I left a voicemail.

Edit - my voicemail was returned and they apologized, asked if I wanted to reschedule the appointment for the following day. I declined, as cannot trust that this next appointment would be honored, as it wasn’t before.

They came and repaired our fridge. After the repair, the fridge started freezing the food. We called them, and they promised that they will come out. They never did. We called again, they promised again, and never showed up. This happened 3 or 4 times. In the end, we paid 384 dollars to go from fridge that does not turn on to a fridge that freezes the food. I would not recommend this company at all - be aware!

Great group of guys to work with! I have personally been using their services for near a decade, and our company has been using them longer than that. Highly recommended!
