Alex and his team went above and beyond in repairing my AC. My former AC repairman was scheduled to perform a routine maintenance. All he advised was that the system needed 3.5lbs freon, but failed to mention why it needed more freon (i.e leaks). We asked about a possibility of a leak and the response was that they could not determine a leak at the moment. Alex came by and discovered where the leak is coming from. He replaced my evap coil and kept constant communication throughout the process. He also saw an opening in my air ducts and repaired them, which the other repairman did not see (although it was blatantly visible). I would highly recommend Alex as he's professional and his quality of work is top notch. I'm highly impressed and will rely on him for any future repairs.

I am so impressed with Clear the Air Cooling & Heating! Woke up from a late nap and noticed my AC had stopped blowing cold air. My wife has some health issues so it was important that we get it fixed right away. I called them at a quarter til 8pm on a Sunday, on Labor Day weekend, and had a tech named Jacob at our home in less than an hour.

Before Jacob arrived, I received a text letting me know he was on the way which included a picture of him as well so I would know who to expect. Jacob was very professional, friendly, and explained the issues that he found. He was able to get the issue fixed right away and get us on a maintenance plan to help prevent future issues. He also went over any other concerns he found with our system and his recommendations on how to address those issues.

I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could! I definitely recommend this company and will be using them again.

Michael and Michael (Team M&M) did a great job on our Spring tuneup. They went above and beyond to rebalance the airflow so that our primary was more comfortable. They were very professional and made sure to leave the work area clean.

Technician was good and personable but the repairs needed I was quoted were far more than what I actually needed. Quote came in over $4000 more than anyone else. Confusion on deposit required and cost of labor as well. Great guy but overall wouldn’t recommend this company.

Michael Schmidt was our technician during our light up check up. He was very thorough, he did not rush, and pointed out some potential issues we may want to address. He did a great job 👍

I've been very pleased with the work done. The upstairs unit hasn't been working well for quite some time, and Michael Schmidt recommended that it was time to go ahead and replace it. Now, I was well aware of other possible options that may have been cheaper, but, for long term efficiency improvement and ease of mind, I felt it was well worth it. The prices I was quoted were very reasonable and the service was quick and efficient. The inspection was very thorough and I'm confident in the work that was done. I'd definitely use them again. Michael was very easy to work with and didn't try to oversell me, which was greatly appreciated.

Joe did a great job. Immediately found wire had disconnected. Plug wire back in an unit fired up. Total time about 15 mins. $200 fee for 15 mins seem over the top.

Called last minute because our ac was not cooling our house down. The technician Robert came and he was great through. A previous ac guy from another company kind of screwed our stuff up but Robert was super knowledgeable and got it fixed up. Very nice and professional. Would definitely recommend.
