I used this company after another company gave poor service. In general I'm extremely skeptical of most service providers because I've heard and seen so many stories. The tech from Braswell was extremely knowledge, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to ensure that my ac was taken care of. No matter the issue, I will continue to use Braswell to ensure my ac is running optimally and I don't say that lightly.

Scott did a great job diagnosing an issue with our AC and getting the faulty part replaced promptly. The system is cooling great now. Also, Scott is very knowledgeable, truthful and responsive. He answered all of our questions and concerns both in person and by text. Finally, big thanks for initially coming out same day in a tropical storm downpour and working outside in bad weather to diagnose the issue and perform a temporary patch until a final repair was done.

Scott showed up on time and had our ac working in 20 min, called one hour ac they quoted me over $2000 Scott fixed our unit for $250 best honest service around. Highly recommend.

I paid $12,000 for this guy to replace my entire AC and less than 1 year later it is defective and he says he can only fix it if I pay him another $5,000 for a new furnace and *claims* he didn't know his air conditioner he replaced mine with wouldn't work with my existing furnace. So knowledgeable... sarcasm. So now I'm stuck with a defective AC unless I pay him more money.

Moved into our house and the ac or heater wouldn’t work. We called Braswell’s Air Conditioning after getting a recommendation. He responded quickly and came out a lot sooner than anyone else could. He was very upfront with his prices and broke down all the cost which was very appreciated. After fixing our unit he explained all the work that was done and even gave us tips to prevent messing it up again. His prices were comparable to other companies but his work and professionalism was above anyone else we have worked with. Scott arrived at my home at the scheduled time, walked me through checking the AC system in the attic, explaining details and giving advice on how to better maintain it, checked and cleaned the condenser unit in my backyard, and notified me of their affordable promotional price for the services rendered. Excellent service 5/5, will rely on them in the future for preventative maintenance/annual checkups and any unexpected issues.

Scott Braswell is an honest, do it once & do it right professional. He fixed my A/C like he owned it. I thought, because 2 other H & AC companies looked at it & said I need a new AC unit to the tune of $13 to $17,000. Scott put in 3 pounds of 401 Freon for $450.00 & my A/C is blowing Real Cold Air!
