I have used Master Air for maintenance since my husband and I purchased our house in Pearland.
I have had to have them out now twice during the summer for my A/C going out and both times they are prompt and fix the problem with in a day or so, which is a must in the heat of summer.
This last time unfortunately my A/C needed to be replaced, the installers were out the next morning and we were cool by that afternoon.
I trust Master Air with my A/C needs!

Very disappointed with this company especially their customer service. We were quoted for a new air compressor and was told one reason the quote was expensive was due to the job taking several hrs, and the mechanic was only there 45 minutes. Well here we are 2 months later and the compressor went out and were told by another company that air was left in the line most likely when it was poorly replaced. When I complained to the owner Joey his response was “well looks like you’ve got a problem “. They offered absolutely no solution or help. We feel completely ripped off by this company customer service. My advice is call anyone but master air. Very very poor customer service!

Called them around lunchtime today and spoke with John and he said that he would have his crew come out today in a couple of hrs very nice person spoke on the phone and his crew did show up a lot earlier which was great to get the estimate going had Owen and Jonathan showed up to start the process, I hope it will work out from what he said and coverage on part's and labor he was not rushing like others do and they were very respectful and listened to what I need thanks y'all for being patient and keep up the great work

This is as good as it gets! Professional, quick and cost-effective… these guys don’t mess around; they do a fantastic job. The owner is honest and a great guy! I was in a pinch and needed someone right away-they we're there and got it knocked out! I can’t thank these guys enough amazing crew-highly recommend.

Master Air is the definition of professional. They were prompt, attentive, and understanding as to what I needed. Our system was older and ultimately needed to be changed. A one day turn around was quite impressive. They have forever earned my business including our yearly inspections. One of the few businesses left that still care about their customers.

Absolutely top notch customer service, rapid arrival, and incredibly informative techs. Joey was able to help me pick out a replacement smart thermostat and filters. He explained what was happening, what was causing it, and the best way to get everything resolved.

The new thermostat was installed by Mary few short days later. So far, it's all smooth sailing. I absolutely recommend Master Air and I trust you'll get the same awesome service that I did.

I called Master Air to inquire about some issues I was having with my upstairs furnace. They came the next day and were able to get everything taken care of. Highly recommend these guys, the technician Ralph was extremely professional and knowledgeable!

Joey responded to my text right away and was able to come out the same day to replace my AC capacitor. He’s very knowledgeable about AC systems and recommended a few upgrades that I will schedule with him soon. I’ll definitely keep his number handy for any future repairs and maintenance. I will also recommend him to family and friends.

Shout out to Joey and the Master Air team. I noticed during the late evening that our compressor was making a weird noise and giving off a burning smell. Called Master Air early the next morning and Joey showed up less than two hours later. He quickly found the issue (faulty hard start kit) and got us back up and running quickly. No high pressure sales pitches trying to get us to do something we didn't need. It was much appreciated and I'd recommend these guys to anyone needing HVAC services.

Master Air was quick to respond when our AC just stopped working in the hottest point of the summer. Bailey was very thorough and explained all options and quotes. We got a whole new unit and communication was outstanding during the entire processes. The installation team introduced themselves and worked hard all day! I highly recommend Master Air!!

Called for heater inspection before cold front and came to inspect same day. Were information that system was not only too old, not working properly and not safe. A/C outdated and gas no longer available. Technician went over everything with us, we asked for quote, were given one on same date. After praying and consideration we approved quote that evening and had it installed nect day. The installers were very respectful and did a great job.
After installation completed that day they went through explaining the whole system and how thermostat worked. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

When you find a company that you like and feel confident with you keep using that company. That is Master Air. Every person I’ve talked to or met has been professional and friendly. John, Joey, Owen, Brittney, they all talk with you like you are more than a customer, it’s more like a friend’s conversation. When you are spending good money for something you want to know it’s worth it. When you allow someone into your house, they better be trustworthy. That is what I get with Master Air. I am the person who gets multiple quotes before starting a project and dragging my feet because I’m worried it won’t be “right”. Since my first interaction with Master Air they won my business and me as a customer. I am confident in their work and the products they provided to me.

I have been having issues with my HVAC unit ever since I moved into this house 2 1/2 years ago. Issues with airflow, fresh air and humidity. I called, explained what was going on, they came out within a few hours and shortly after he arrived was able to figure out what was causing these issues and was able to get it fixed. I would highly recommend this company for all of your HVAC needs. They are very knowledgeable very friendly and do an amazing job.

I had a great experience working with the AC salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain all of my options, making sure I understood the differences in equipment, efficiency, and long-term performance. While the pricing was slightly higher than some competitors, I believe the attic cost reflects the level of service, expertise, and overall quality provided. I feel confident that I received strong value and professional guidance throughout the entire process.

I received the quote promptly, and was able to schedule the installation for the very next day. The installation team did a great job with both the installation and the removal of the old equipment; they were very professional. I had heat by 4:30 PM that day.
