Master Air is a great AC/Heater company. My rental property had a heater part go out during one of the coldest weeks of the year and I was told it would be a week before they could get the part. Surprise to me when I got a call 2 days later that the part was in and they could install that afternoon! Very happy tenants! Thank you for great service Master Air!

I was so pleased with the work for Master Air. Joey, the owner, was professional and polite. He Quickly discovered the problem and fixed it. I like it he has an independent business and is not a part of some big chain. His company also offers a reasonable maintenance plan that allows me to keep my AC & Heat in tiptop condition year-round. So thankful to have found someone that is credible and knowledgeable in their field.

I had an excellent experience with Master Air of Pearland. After having a not so good experience with another local company, I called Master Air late in the evening to schedule them to come out and fix my AC. I initially spoke with an "after-hours" phone operator of the company who let me know that a tech would be calling within 20 minutes. Owen called me back and told me that he'd be happy to come out that evening which was unbelievable to me that was even an option. I told him it wasn't necessary to come out since it was almost 10p and asked if he could come out the following day when I go home from work... which he agreed to. I ended up needing some significant repairs which ultimately lead me to replacing the entire furnace. Owen got the install crew lined up for the following day and they got me all hooked up. The install crew was very careful of not tracking in any dirt / mud (it was bad weather that day) into the house by laying down cloth tarps for their footpath.

I very much recommend Master Air for your HVAC needs!

Easy scheduling process and already in the throes of summer, Crystal got out A/C checkup and service scheduled for the very next day. Owen came out and was an absolute professional. Answered all my questions and made some great suggestions for prolonging the life of our system. Thank you all again!!

Very family oriented business, knowledgeable, and will be straight up and honest with you about your AC system. Would highly recommend to anyone needing their AC system serviced, repaired, or replaced!

The techs came over as a last minute call at the end of their day. The found out the issue and got our AC up and running in an hour. Great work!

A/C stopped working. Called Master air and they came out quickly and ended being a bad capacitor. Put new one in A/C working great now. Excellent company and Joey was awesome he is professional and honest. Would highly recommend

Master Air did a great job replacing both my upstairs and downstairs inside and outside units! I used them for years servicing my old units before I decided to replace both of them. The office folks, service folks and installers have been nothing but professional and friendly!

Superb service by Master Air’s Tech, Mary, and a thorough evaluation of our system was provided. She was completely professional and informative during the entire visit. She took time and explained all the ins and outs of the maintenance agreements as well. I am a satisfied customer!

Really appreciated the after hours on-call teams and their flexibility in letting me decide if I needed them out that night or the next day. Communication was on point, and they followed through exactly with every follow up call needed and on time. No waiting and wondering! John showed up, pleasantly (in the heat of summer working in people’s hot attics), and figured out the problem really quickly. There was zero pressure to use them to remedy the issue, and yet we chose them anyways for all the reasons above, plus they had the part on hand. John even tolerated all my extra questions, and didn’t try to make a lot of outrageous suggestions. First experience with them left me feeling like they were trustworthy (and confirmed my neighborhood’s recommendations).

After dealing with several companies that wanted too charge for services that didn’t make any since, we finally found a company that immediately understood the problem and fixed it. Wasn’t difficult to fix after all and was half of the price others were quoting. The technician was amazing. Best part is after three years of spending stupid money for things that made no sense, they solved the problem. Thank you Master Air!
