Mario is the best and has made himself available to help me within a day's notice for ALL of my A/C and heating needs, including maintenance, repair or the installation of new HVAC systems, no matter how busy he is with other jobs. He is honest, reliable and professional and I have highly recommended him to family and friends and anyone who needs AC & heating maintenance or new HVAC systems.

Master Air and Owen were awesome. My elderly mother just had surgery and her thermostat went out during a cold front. They were able to come out within a couple hours. Owen was knowledgeable about the situation and, more importantly, didn’t try to upsell us. He fixed the problem and was on his way in 30 minutes or so. Everyone I spoke to was more than friendly, which is a bonus!

Our air conditioner broke down on Friday night...and we knew it was a matter of time...we reached out to Master Air on Saturday morning and explained our issue ... The gentleman was respectful and quiet because you see my grandson was sleeping. He came prepared with special protectors for the shoes. So when he walked through the house and on the carpet, they used the protectors. He explain to me everything that need to be done and what's and what needs to be cut open?And what doesn't, so we're just waiting on the estimate now to see how things go
