So like most, I had no idea who to call when our A/C went out. After an initial Google search, I had another company come out to assess the issue. They identified the coil had gone out on a 3 1/2 year old unit. (Lennox unit copper coil, class action lawsuit). They gave me a quote and seemed somewhat high. But again, I know nothing about A/C units. I decided to call around for another quote. Came across this company while searching and I’m so grateful that I did. The quote provided was considerably less than others. They ordered the part immediately and scheduled service within a few days. They arrived on time and were very efficient. They had my A/C unit back on and running within a couple of hours. Very friendly and professional. They will be my go to for A/C needs from now on. In fact after this incident, I will be using them for annual maintenance for my A/C unit. Don’t hesitate to use them.

These guys were amazing! They came here on the holiday and spent about 5+ hours putting a whole new unit in, along with a new intake vent. They were quick, quiet, friendly and didn't leave a mess. The nicest gentlemen you could ever meet. Thank you to all!!!!

Cozy AC gave me a good price and a very fast and professional installation. The new system had a problem in 3 days due to a leaking fixture. They were onsite at 8:00 AM the day after I called; had it fixed within an hour at no charge. Their install was first rate with five members of their team onsite. They cleaned up so that there was no trace of work. Excellent, friendly company. Safe to do business with them.

We had a problem with the air in the zones of our home. The “common area” was getting warm in the afternoon while the other 2 zones stayed cool.
Our technician quickly found the problem to be several of the controllers for the common area were not working. He did a “temporary” fix until he could get the new controllers.
As soon as he got the replacement parts, he came back and in a short time, had the air circulating as it was supposed to. Thank you Steven and thank you to Simply Cozy A/C for restoring our air conditioning!!

Scott Braswell renewed my faith in humanity. I called on Saturday morning around 10 a.m. he promptly returned my call and arrived at my home by 1 pm.

Instead of a repair issue, it was a maintenance issue and this is where my faith is renewed. He could have easily said my fan motor wasn't operational. However, it was a tripped circuit that was overlooked. He corrected that issue, checked the thermostat and cleaned the unit.

Scott spent 3 hours checking my a/c and furnace very carefully. He gave me a detailed report with pics. Very reasonable charges. Very nice young man. Will not hesitate to call him again.

I am very happy I called Scott Braswell. I had a single room AC that was not working. Scott came out on time, had every tool he needed and even had booties that covered his shoes so that they would not track any dirt into my carpet. He spent at least three hours working on the diagnosis and fix and in the end my A/C was blowing nice and cold again. His prices are very reasonable and he is very personable. Woke up to no heating this morning. Sent text to Braswell at 8:30am. Very rapid response - by 11am, we are back up and running (failed blower motor). Used a creative solution to use a spare speed tap on the motor, while we wait for a new one to arrive. Highly recommended!
