My 07:00 am Sunday morning call to "A Pro Air Heating And A/C" resulted in call back from Mr. Garcia at 9:05 am and his visit at 02:40 pm. In about 40 min my A/C motor capacitor was replaced and my house is slowly getting back to normal.
This was my first service by "A Pro Air Heating And A/C" and I will definitely call them with my next A/C problem.
I very much appreciate "A Pro Air Heating And A/C" working on weekends.

I have done business with Mr. Garcia and A Pro Air Heating And A/C, Inc. for at least
20 years. A Pro Air has done a great job helping me with my heating and ac problems. They always are very efficient and fast to find and repair the problems. They have also done ductwork for me and they always get permits so all the work id done up to code. They are also doing some remodeling for me and they are doing a great job.
I would definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND A Pro Air to everyone. They help you set up
easy payment plans. I have saved a whole lot of money on my utilities over the years.

Mr. Garcia was the only one who was able to come to my house and fix my A/C when it went out on a Saturday. He worked with me with payments and got the work done in a timely manner. The entire process was a good experience and now my A/C works like new.

We were having trouble with our a/c cooling. I called A Pro Air and Mr. Garcia called me back ASAP. He was here within no time. He was very knowledgeable, very experienced and helpful. The service was very excellent! Will refer him to anyone!!!

Worst customer service and one year warranty EVER!!! CALL ANOTHER A/C SERVICE COMPANY DO NOT USE A PRO AIR!! Unless you want to be treated poorly and have your new A/C break in 9 months. Mr. Garcia replaced our a/c unit September 2015 because our 8.5 year old unit was not cooling under 85 degrees. Charged us about $4,700.00 for a Goodman unit. 9 months later a/c is not cooling under 87 degrees. We called Mr. Garcia on Friday to let him know that we have warranty and he needs to come take a look to see what has happened. A new unit shouldn't break this fast. Mr. Garcia said the warranty was only good between 9am-4:30pm Monday - Friday and non-holiday. Well, it was a Friday afternoon before July 4th weekend. He said he could maybe come by the weekend or Monday, July 4th but there was a $180 service charge. That's crazy this should be under warranty and there should be no charge, the unit was not even a year old. Mr. Garcia finally made it to my house 4 days later and just added more Freon without checking for a leak. He said since my unit was new the Freon was not topped off. So we have cold air again, but that didn't last long. One month later, on a Thursday, a/c was not cooling pass 90 degrees. Heat index was about 108 and it was hot. I called Mr. Garcia's answering service about 5 times and he never called back. The next day I called his cell phone and he said he was busy and could not service our a/c but will get to us when he can. I told him we should have priority because we just got a new unit from him a few months ago and it broke twice already. He didn't care and was so rude to me and made it seem like I was wasting his time when I called him. He said something about my husband touching the unit?? No one has touched that a/c but him. He finally called me back 8 days later!!!! EIGHT! He left me a voice message saying if I don't call him back in 5 minutes, I would have to wait again until he is available. This was just absurd! We ended up calling another service who was highly recommended by a friend and found a leak that should have been fixed back in Sept. 2015 and included in the price we paid. We had a very bad experience with A Pro Air.

I highly recommend A Pro Air Heating And AC Inc. to anyone that is in need of having their unit(s) serviced, monitored and/or routinely maintenance! The service they provided to me was prompt and efficient and the technicians were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Mr. Garcia was incredibly thorough in checking both my air conditioning units to determine the root cause of why they were not working properly. He then sat down with my husband and I to explain his concerns and findings (all of which he photographed and shared with us). He was very patient and gave us the opportunity to ask questions, after which he provided his expert opinion on what our next steps should be, outlining several options until we were able to decide on one that worked best for us. I felt comfortable stating my concerns with Mr. Garcia and staff and they listened! On a scale of 1 - 10, I gave them a 100!!! A Pro Air has set the standard and they have set the standard high. I will definitely use them for all of my heating and air conditioning needs. Last but certainly not least - the service was AFFORDABLE!!!!!!

A Pro Air is with no doubt the best company hands down. They get right to the point, check your system and give you options and recommendations. They offer financing and are very professional. I have used many companies before but the ONLY company I will use and recommend from now on is A Pro Air. I am 100 % satisfied with all the work and they are all polite and courteous. This is by far the best experience I’ve had working with any service company. I will recommend A Pro Air to everyone.

Fast and friendly service. My ac stopped working at about midnight. I found this company via a Google search with plenty of positive ratings so I gave them a call at about 1am. The woman who answered my call took my name, address, and phone number then told me she would contact someone and they would call me back. I received a call at about 8:30 am and was informed they would have someone over between 10:00am and 12:00pm. The ac tech called me about 12:00 pm and told me that he is running late because someone gave him the wrong part on his previous service call. The tech arrives and does his diagnostics and informs me that the blower motor and capacitor need to be replaced and the part is only available via special order. So I pay them 1249$ for parts and labor and then was informed that they will get the part and should be back to replace it in 1-2 days. However, I get a call a few hours later and was informed by the tech that he was able to coordinate with another member of the company to obtain the part today! They were able to change the blower motor and capacitor the same day and even washed the blower wheel! Now the ac is back on in less than 24 hours!

Our 15 to 18 year old air conditioning system compressor went out late in the evening about 9:30 PM. We called A Pro Air because they have a great reputation online and are named in the TOP BUSINESS
CATEGORY. A Pro Air came out that late in the evening and started working on the system, the add next day a few more of A Pro Air's technician's and helpers finished the job. It was so hot and no one complained at all. They are super good workers, polite and really went out of their way to make sure we were 100% satisfied.
I will recommend A Pro Air to everyone. I am so pleased to FINALLY find true professionals.

A PRO AIR came out to fix my AC and did a fantastic job. The technician was kind and a splendid professional. I am grateful. PS: He came in 20 min after I called and he had all the pieces we needed in his van!!! I highly recommend this company

I am very happy with the services that were provided by A Pro Air. They were very knowledgeable, polite and fixed our problem quickly. We had a water leak on our ceiling and they provided us with emergence service. We were quoted a price for the repairs and later a dual capacitor failed an A Pro Air installed it free of charge. We highly recommend A Pro Air. We will tell all our friends and family. Thanks A Pro Air.

On Saturday 21 April 2017 I had a technician from a pro air repair my ac unit around 6:30 pm. I agreed to get the work done because I had company coming for the weekend and one person was ill and I wanted them to be comfortable and didn't have time to research. I also didn't know I was being severely over charged until the work was completed. I was quoted a price of 603.99 with a discount of 79.99 for a total price of 524.00 to change a capacitor. I called a friend of mine who owns an a/c company, but; he didn't call back until the work was completed. He told me that it should have been a 200.00 to 250.00 job. I checked with a couple of local companies 24 April 2017 and was given a price of 265.00 +/-. That's a 259.00 to 300.00 difference. Even with an up charge for after hours, that price is outrageous. His solution was to check my furnace this winter for free. I think Mr. Garcia runs a very shady business and hides behind a cloak of so called honesty and professionalism while gouging his customers out of hard earned money. I would never recommend this company.

Mr. Garcia at A pro air is incredible! When my a/c went out in the middle of August he went out of his way to get to me that same day and get it working again because I had a 3 week old baby and it was 90 degrees in my house. He was super nice and super quick. I'll be calling A pro anytime I need anything!

A very nice gentleman came out after business hours on a Friday night. He was at my place within 30 minutes of the i ritual call and fixed the a/c in like 30/45 mins. He was very friendly, gave me some very good advice and was very knowledgeable about the issues he was resolving. He was very reasonable with the pricing and we will definitely give him our business again in the future should we ever need more repairs.

Mr. Garcia was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly assessed the problem and helped us decide on a course of action. We have two units and neither was functioning well. Mr. Garcia repaired one unit on the spot, while his team headed to us with a replacement downstairs A/C unit, which was installed and cooling the house within a couple hours. I would definitely recommend Mr. Garcia at A Pro Air to anyone needing A/C repairs or replacement!!

We had a MAJOR gas leak inside our house from the heating unit. Centerpoint energy came out and detected there was in fact a leak so I proceeded to call my house warranty company to file a claim. Someone from there told me that I should hear back from a technician within 4 hours. I did not get a call from one of their technicians until late afternoon the day after I made a claim. Meanwhile, while I was waiting for this guy to come out, I decided to look into hiring a company on my own since this to me was a very serious issue. I phoned Mr. Garcia from A Pro Air and explained the whole situation to him. He was very helpful and told me to call him if I needed but since I already had an appointment in line with the company the warranty company provided, then I should follow through with that. The company came out and said there was no leak, they detected nothing and went on about their day. After they left, I started to smell gas very strongly again so I called Centerpoint out again. They came and detected MAJOR GAS leak and "red tagged" our unit, which means DANGER!!!!! Do not turn on!
By this time I am extremely frustrated and scared for my families safety so I decided to call Mr.Garcia back from A Pro Air and explained what has happened since we last talked. He sounded very concerned and said he had lots of appointments but would HAVE to squeeze me in because it sounded like a safety issue. He came out within the hour and gave me a heads up on EXACTLY what was the reason why it was leaking and what needed to be replaced and was even willing to work on the charges for all repairs. I would definitely recommend him and the company to anyone that needed repairs done in the local area. He is a very nice family man whom I know was just watching out for my family. He basically saved our lives! Thank you again for EVERYTHING Mr. Garcia!

Excellent I had my whole system replaced including all ductwork they did everything I was told they would do in a very timely manner. I would use them again for any of my AC/ heat needs and highly recommend them.

I would absolutely recommend A Pro Air to anyone who needs A/C work. It was a Saturday night, late and Mr. Garcia was professional and provided me with the options and the costs for each. I was very impressed with his knowledge - he knew exactly what the problem was and went right to work. I truly believe his being there at that time, saved my house from either filling with smoke or catching on fire. He found the wires were burning up. If I had waited for someone to help me the next morning, I don't want to think of what could have happened. I appreciate all the help he provided and want to thank Mr. Garcia and A Pro Air for providing excellent service. I was more than satisfied. He went above and beyond.

Unit went out late night; called A Pro Air and within 30 minutes, answering service called back saying technician was finishing up with a customer and would arrive in about 45 minutes, putting it at a little after 11:00 pm. Technician called at 11:20 and said he was on the way. Very quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the air. Gave some good pointers and recommended we have outside unit properly cleaned to help performance. Was very pleased with Mr. Garcia's professionalism and knowledge. System was working perfectly when he left. We would definitely call A Pro Air in the future should the need arrive.
