within an hour of calling for an appointment, Michael Walters was at my home. Took videos and explained everything before doing the work. Couldn't ask for a more professional, honest, friendly tech. Highly recommend this company.

Michael was very helpful in diagnosing several issues, as well as giving us some direction on what to do with our aging units. With the weekend being hard for warranty companies to assist home owners with, Stalwart was both an affordable option and a timely option for what would have otherwise been a full weekend without upstairs AC. The professionalism was great, as well as the education received during Michael's visit, at a price 25% less than our warranty service coming out where we don't even get a say in who is looking at the unit. Wanted to give Michael kudos for his work and timely arrival.

After receiving an extremely high quote to fix our AC system from another company (over $8,000 to replace the condenser they claimed was bad), I contacted Stalwart to get a second opinion. Walter was very responsive and came out almost immediately to take a look. He was quickly able to diagnose the problem (bad capacitor and low refrigerant) and got us back up and running within the hour for under $600! Best second opinion I've ever gotten! Highly recommend reaching out to these guys if you need AC service.

Stalwart for all my AC needs. I had a coil go out last year, and they were able to claim the warranty 18 days before it was up. I would of never know if it wasn’t for them.

I had a power surge yesterday blow both thermostats, fueses and switches and they were able to come out while I was at work to get all issues fixed. I trust them in my house while I was at work. Thats the kind of trust and service you can expect from these guys.

My grandmothers ac went out, and they were able to replace both outside and inside units cheaper and quicker than anyone else out there.

[Updated] Great customer service, I have been a part of their preventative maintenance plan for a couple years now. I did feel overcharged once. However, on my next maintenance visit the owner actually performed the trip visit. He explained the charges breakdown and I got a little insight into what it's like to run your own business. He was also very informative and I learned I had an additional supply filter hidden in the attic that hasn't been changed since I've owned the house and most likely the cause of our allergy spikes. Very pleased with the service, I will continue to be a customer.

On 5/7/25 6pm, I experienced an urgent issue with my A/C unit not blowing cold air. Technician Raymond responded promptly and efficiently diagnosed the problem as an incorrectly installed part from a prior contractor. He was professional, knowledgeable, and addressed all my questions and concerns thoroughly. I highly recommend Raymond and this service for their fast, reliable, and honest A/C repair.

I've been a customer of Stalwart for just under two years now and my experiences with them are at a point that I can safely say that as long as I remain within their service area, they can count on my patronage.

Since moving to this house more than 4 years ago, I've been plagued with non-stop issues with my air conditioning. I originally just utilized whatever company my home warranty would contract to fix my problems or to come out for maintenance. However, whenever the A/C would die in the middle of summer, those same companies would not send anyone out, claiming they were booked for more than a week and that I would have to wait without A/C in Houston summer until then. Those companies also would look at my system, call it fixed, and leave without an explanation or a guarantee. During this time, there was one period it broke down every week after hours on Fridays as if on schedule.

In desperation and frustration after the poor experiences I've had with previous companies, I managed to find Stalwart A/C and Heating. They were the only ones that picked up *and* were willing to send someone (Michael) during that busy time. He promptly diagnosed, explained in a level I could understand, and fixed the issue. He also gave me a price I could not refuse (for the cost of a home warranty contract request for one visit, Stalwart waived the fee for that particular fix and would cover not one, but two maintenance visits for the year). Occasionally during seasonal maintenance, I'd get Geoff, who also had the same expertise and bedside manner as Michael, which helped further convince me that I'd settled with the right company for my HVAC needs.

Most recently, a Trane that we installed broke under warranty, but it was a Saturday at 5 pm and the parts necessary to fix it weren't available until Monday. Raymond, who took my case after hours, was able to troubleshoot and assess the situation professionally and explain the situation to me. If there was anything that I asked regarding what was covered, what isn't covered, etc. that he did not know, he made sure to get the answer from someone who knew promptly. Additionally, he went above and beyond of his own volition to ensure that I, a customer that he met for the first time, would get some level of comfort until the unit could be fixed. Walter, who was assigned to finish the fixes on Monday, drove all across the Houston area to obtain the one part necessary for the final repairs. Isabel made sure to call and text to keep me updated on any delays or developments on the scheduled appointment.

Any time someone entered my home, they came prepared with shoe coverings and they made sure to clean up any mess or debris that may have come from their work. Any time I had questions about something I read that I was curious about installing, they were able to answer my questions and also give me a plain assessment instead of giving me false promises for a quick buck.

In all instances with each point of contact I've had with Stalwart, I have been met with professionalism, transparency, friendliness, care, accountability, and a depth of knowledge that show me that they aren't like those HVAC companies bought by private equity firms who just want a return on their monetary investment. The folks at Stalwart care about doing their job right.

I have used Stalwart for the last year and a half and each time I have needed them, they have been great! Geoff is amazing and really takes care of his customers. Calling and scheduling an appointment is easy and everyone has been pleasant. The communication is great and I know they will be here at the assigned time. I'm grateful they were recommended to me.

This instalation could not have gone better. The entire crew was outstanding. They were friendly and kept my house really clean even though they did tons of work. I am extremely happy with my new system and the team that installed it. Would recommend them to anyone needing service or a new ac/ heating system.

I wish I could do more then 5 stars. Stalwart was great and I could not be any happier with the service. I thought it was just going to be a repair but it ended up that I needed a whole new system. They are professional, accountable, and overall just a great group of people who are not trying to take advantage of customers when there AC goes out in 90 degree weather. If you are looking at reviews of different AC companies in the Pearland then there is no need to look any more because you found the company that you can trust.

Such a great company and fantastic service. My a/c stopped blowing cold air at 4 pm. I called for service and they were at my house before 8 pm and the problem was diagnosed and fixed by 830. Our family slept nice a cool all night. You will pay a bit more for after hours service, but worth it in my book. Will use again.

Have used Stalwart to replace two ac units and they maintain and serviced my units twice a year. This last service job was duct work that need to be fixed. Raymond was on time and was very helpful with respect the to job at hand plus some additional questions that I had. Thank you Stalwart for the continued excellent service.

I’ve been using Stalwart for 4 years now to do anything from maintenance to actual work on our AC and duct work. They’ve always been very informative, friendly, and straightforward with pricing (fair pricing too) - never push anything and even offer alternatives if you’re handy. They know their stuff!

Raymond was very prompt. He is a likable guy that listened to our request, went in the attic and came back to the thermostat with a plan. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the install. Went right to in in under 45 min. We were up and running. He helped us understand the app to be able to control our thermostat from our phone.
He made it a quick and painless process.

Well, there is a trip fee but I got great quick service and most of all, I felt like they were being honest and up front with me. The problems with the A/C system were more complex than simply changing our a capacitor and since I have a young family with babies living in the house I needed the job to be completed fast.

Bottom line: I will use them again whenever I need quick reliable service.
