A Pro Air completed a big job of putting in a new air conditioner system in my home in the wild heat of summer in Pearland, Texas. It took them 4 hot days of attic work and they were always very happy and polite through all of it..

I had a very disappointing experience with A Pro Air Heating & A/C Inc. They failed to provide a quote upfront, took the liberty of performing the work without my approval, and then blindsided me with a $1,300 bill. That is completely unacceptable. Mr. Garcia was highly unprofessional and needs to learn the proper process: inform the customer of any inspection fees, get agreement on that, conduct the inspection, provide a quote, get approval, then perform the work—only then should payment be expected.

From what I’m seeing in other reviews, their strength seems to be in installing new systems, but their service department is extremely unprofessional and shady. To make matters worse, while they gave me a month to pay, they bombarded me with payment reminders every other day. If only they could be that proactive in providing quotes upfront, it would make a huge difference. I would not recommend their service department to anyone looking for honest and transparent work.

Welp now I don’t have access to my attic since the new unit is taking up the entire entry & my light doesn’t work anymore along with the exposed wires everywhere that I had to clean up. There was a mess left up there.
Didn’t want to write this but we had them come out to check another unit & they tricked my mom into a whole new system instead of just charging us for the diagnostic fee. Instead of being honest and just letting it go they billed $1600 for a cancellation fee & sent it to collections!!!
That’s just scummy. If a customer doesn’t want a service that was never provided then I would’ve just let it go. $1600 to cancel for something that was never done is absolutely insane. Really wanted to work with them in the future but that is tossed out the window now. Your character really showed here, Ted.

Ac Pro staff were very prompt, professional and great customer service. They explained exactly what I needed to get my AC fixed in a clear manner. Honest people let you know whats needed and what is not needed. I will always contact them for all of my needs. Great job

Can't say enough how amazing the service was from A Pro Air. They came out within a couple of hours of me calling. The. Owner and his team was able to diagnose the issue and get me up and running before my kids even worked up too much of a sweat. Absolutely 100% would recommend! Give them a try.

I had an urgent issue with mold in my house on the weekend that Ted was able to quickly resolve. I appreciate how fast they jump on an issue and the constant communication. Ted has a lot of expertise and helped diagnose the root cause of my issues. He spotted some problems that multiple other companies had missed. They do high quality work.

Very unprofessional. They made a mistake and installed the wrong circuit board for my AC. A little research and found out the model # circuit board they installed is incorrect for my AC unit. After reaching out to them they said I voided my warranty because I did my own research by calling the manufacturer of my AC. And by giving them the model number of the AC and circuit board. Sounds super shady. They definitely have no idea what they are doing. And take advantage of people. Watch out for these people. Very sad people. Because it was the owner of the company.

Only issue was rescheduled but understandably due to natural weather, then arrived and the end of the scheduled time. Timing was off but inspection and technician were great.

I was very pleased with the service. The gentleman were very well experienced and what they were doing. And I am a content customer, and I would refer them to anyone .

Scheduled an appointment and was able to get my heater fixed the next day.
Greg was very knowledgeable, professional and quick to fix my problem.

The tech was very professional, no mess after he left, he ask me if he could go into a room to check the air vents before he enter, I would recommend Colley refrigeration to my neighbors

Asking to make right bit pretending they don't recognize me. Follow up. FRANKUM came next day. In and out 1hr. Furnace/A/C working fine. Reverse Polarity pffft
