It has to be exceptional service for me to leave a review. This is one of the rare times!
They went above and beyond disassembling old unit in the attic, reassembling and reconfiguring new unit, ensuring protection on walls and stairways while moving components. Outside lines were ran in places not easily reached and concealed well. They went above and beyond to help in things not directly involved in the install of the system. Kennedy was managing the great work of the install crew and performed and participated himself! They deserve a well done and THANKS!

I had my whole system replaced and they done an excellent job. The crew came in and replaced the unit then cleaned up and was out of there in 7 hours. Excellent customer service, listened to what I needed for my house and gave me exactly that.

My technician Mike was great! He was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and remained professional throughout the duration of the appointment. He followed up with me the next day with my requested quote and I am now on the schedule for a brand new AC system. Thank you Colley Refrigeration for such efficient service!

Kennedy and his team were beyond excellent! Everything from the first walk-through to determine what suited my home best, to the final inspection was smooth. His team was very respectful and punctual, they kept their material neat and trash was picked up as they worked. Will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new install, maintenance or service. Definitely will have my business again!

We had Colley Refrigeration come out to check our heater. The technician was so professional & discussed what all he did. We were so impressed that we signed up for a maintenance plan with them. We’ve had 2 different technicians at the house & both went above & beyond! Colley will be the only one taking care of our AC from now on! Give them a call you will very pleased with their service! The office staff are very friendly & helpful too.

Technician Parker and his assistant Andy came out this morning to perform the spring/summer inspection under our Maintenance Plan. They arrived on time and were very courteous and professional.
They thoroughly checked out the system and made sure everything was in good working order for the summer heat! All my questions and concerns were addressed and they took the time to show me (again) how to understand the settings on the terrmostat.
We're good to go for the Texas heat!

Tuesday the 20th of January Greg from Colley Refrigeration came to our home to perform our semi-annual system checkout. Greg cleaned all or mini-unit filters, ,5, checked the compressors and cleaned them as well. More than happy award Greg AND the Colley office a 5 star rating - professional, personable and timely.

We have used Colley Refrigeration several times in the last few years, usually in emergency situations with our retail center tenants in Lake Jackson. Their service has always been outstanding and professional - they invariably schedule us within one day; they communicate at every step of the way; they correctly diagnose the problem and repair it same day (even when they need to locate and purchase the appropriate part); they are available and reachable around the clock (especially important, as our emergencies normally occur on weekends); and their office personnel are courteous and efficient. Of all the contractors and services we rely on in the Lake Jackson area to take care of our retail center issues, Colley stands heads above, in our estimation!

Parker, our technician, was outstanding! He responded quickly to an evening trouble call from my very senior Mom. It's reassuring knowing Colley makes sure customers her age are comfortable. And he was so patient explaining thermostat settings to her. All the Colley staff who have provided service at both her home and mine over the years have been great. Highly recommended.

Andy, our technician, arrived on-time, did his job in a timely manner with confidence & seemed very knowledgeable explaining everything he was going to do, even answering a few questions that we had. He is a very respectful and kind young man, even asking to pray with us after he learned of my current fight with cancer. We are always pleased with our service from Colley Refrigeration.
