had the worst experience with Ted. the rudest person i have ever came across, really only wanted money. up-charged me and tried to sell me with stuff i dont need. so many complaints about this guy, im so confused why he still works there.

A Pro Air has help me again when my ac goes out. Loved that they are 24 hour service company. Of course it’s that time of year where it’s hot and things go out for your ac. A Pro Air is there for you if needed. They are very responsive on calling or text them. Very professional and try to get the job done quick as possible. I’ve had issues before and I’ve always called Mr. Garcia.

Mr. Garcia was very helpful with my issue with my A/C from lightening damage. He was very helpful in informing me with what i needed to install a new A/C system. He was really great in helping me with the insurance company, filing my claim and acting as a professional to protect my best interest. I would refer him and A Pro Air to any of my friends.

I am very pleased with the A/C services from this company. I called for a technician to diagnose leaking water from the AC system and Garcia and Julio showed up the same day. No more dripping water in or outside. I'm happy!

I had a great experience with A Pro Air. He came promptly on a friday evening when my a/c was blowing hot air. I had a couple things that needed to be fixed and he was able to identify the problems quickly. He had all the necessary tools and parts to fix the problem and I'm grateful for such great customer service. I will be sure to use them in the future and recommend them to everyone that I know.

I would highly recommend A Pro Air! Our AC went out due to the bad weather, and they were there within 45 minutes. Our technician was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He was upfront about pricing and what he was doing to help us understand what the issue was. He fixed everything and even stayed to test and make sure there were no issues. We had a good experience with A Pro Air & would recommend them to others. Mr. Garcia came out the same day to inspect our unit and had his crew here the very next day to install the new A/C unit. Jaime and Joe did a good job on the installation as well. Mr. Garcia came back the same day to inspect all of the work that was done. They were quick to respond and we will call them in the future for any A/C or heating issues.

Ted Garcia did an excellent job on my A/C repair. I had called a different company before calling Ted and after they arrived and saw the label on my system they said that they did not work on R-407C units. They tried to charge me for doing absolutely nothing and even tried to scam me into replacing both my inside and outside A/C systems. I told them "no way." I eventually found Ted and he was at my house within the hour. I watched him work and he was a pro. Within minutes he had found the issue with my A/C system. The problem was just a bad circuit breaker switch. Ted knows what he is doing. I'd call them again if anything went wrong.

We had a problem with both the ac and heating, he diagnosed it and explained to us and was very thorough about what needed to be done. In the past we,ve had other companies come and work on our system and was never as informative and knowledgeable and concerned about us as clients as he was . Which we appreciated .So after he than talked to us about what the costs of the job would be. We told him that we were low on funds and his answer was he can get us financing which he did to cover the whole job .It was quick and easy. As for the workmanship Mr. Garcia and his crew, they take pride in what they do . They did an excellent job and they didn't leave our home until they finished the job! If you want an honest job done, Mr. Garcia is the man for you ! We highly recommend him and his company !

I had a great experience with A Pro Air today. I called last night and they were at my house first thing this morning. Mr. Garcia was very good at explaining the problems to me and even showing me the problems. They also were very helpful with financing. Thank you! My kids and I will be warm tonight thanks to Mr. Garcia at A Pro Air! We will definitely have them back to check our air conditioner next summer.

Mr. Garcia with A Pro Air was highly recommended by a family member, who was very satisfied with his work at his home. Mr. Garcia with A Pro Air came to my house on the same day I called and was able to help me out of an emergency situation where I needed some major work done on my AC system. He was able to get me same day financing with no money down at a very low interest rate. All of the equipment was verified to be a true 16 seer system as proposed. This was done by AHRI certificate. I highly recommend him and his company if you need honest and professional service.

Mateo did an awesome job! He was very kind, professional, and explained the whole process, very informative. He showed me the damaged motor. Explained how to maintain and keep unit in good condition year round. They call before you arrive. Also parts were ordered and they came through as promised on the day and time they stayed. The 2 gentlemen that came to install motor and clean lines did a wonderful job. They too called before arriving. They did everything fast and clean, so my kids and I wouldn't be in the hot house any further. They too were very kind and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to all, off of my experience. My AC went out Friday night. They came as scheduled, Saturday afternoon, and Monday afternoon we had cool air. Only because the unit we had was not a regular name brand, so it consisted of ordering parts.
If not unit would of been fixed much sooner.

Have been a customer of Mr. Garcia for YEARS! Had an emergency the other day, he and his team were at my house and made FULL repairs on the same day! Quite remarkable considering the heat wave we are experiencing. There is a HUGE need for AC repairs now and the fact that we were able to get QUALITY same day repair service is impressive! Friendly, reliable service, they came right out to fix a problem that an AC system had shut itself down from a safety mechanism. I trust they know what they’re doing and that their work is good.

Mr. Garcia from A Pro air was the only person to respond to our call for help on a Saturday night. Within ten minutes of calling his company he was on his way to our house. He had us up and running in less than thirty minutes! Due to the age of our system we decided on getting a new system. Mr. Garcia was extremely helpful with all aspects of the financing, scheduling the installation and following up after completion of the job. His tech Jaime is top notch. He went above and beyond to see to it that the work was done right and done in a timely manner, including staying late to finish so we would be comfortable. Very professional and a very hard worker. For my money I highly recommend A Pro air. I am a customer for life.

They did a great job very professional. They knew what they were doing. They were kind and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves. We were really pleased. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Glad A1 air installed my new Amana unit. No other contractor came out on Sunday night to asses my problem. They did and don’t regret anything.

After having some allergies in my house, I called them to come inspect my unit. I had some mold on the outside of my unit in the attic. Mr. Garcia proceeded to check my outside unit and then went to the unit in the attic, opened up my box and inspected my coils and stated he found a leak. He proceeded to sell me on a new unit, coils, and Plenum boxes. Stated there will be no charge for today. A week later I receive invoice since I did not buy their product. Was charged a labor fee for opening my box ( that was not explained) and a diagnostic fee. Spoke to Mr. Garcia about the fees and that it was not explained to me upfront. he stated “it is what it is“. Bad business on their part. Stay away from this company! Got a second opinion and they actually found mold Mr Garcia wanted to sell me on a new system

Great service, quick installation; plenum box & ducts replaced. They also cleaned the hvac & ventilation system. Reasonable price for all the work that was completed. Highly recommend.

Be aware of those SCAMMERS!!! Look around and find another company. Charged 150$ for a visit, gave me a quote for 1100$ to replace condenser, when I asked him how long it would take he say 15 minutes, not bad, if you know that part itself is around 20$. Called other guys in front of him, they quoted 200$-300$ for that job, came and fixed it, those people will try to scam you, when I asked him why the operate that way, he told me he need to feed his family. So basically to do so, he was trying to scam my family😂 please google any other company, you will find plenty options.
