Walked in to check the A/C unit and found the problem in the attic connected to the a/c
problem-fixed immediately and all was back to normal.

My AC was giving me issues and Comfort Air & Heat came out that same day and diagnosed the problem. Very reliable, honest and professional company. A lot of the other guys out there will try and sell you on products you don't really need to make the extra money. These guys wont!

The service technician John was extremely professional and made notes regarding the size of ladder needed to reach my roof-3 stories and was able to access from the upstairs balcony. He was extremely courteous and explained both the system maintenance & the necessary filter replacements I will definitely have him back. The company is great and the receptionist is friendly and helped me to reschedule the first appt due to my work schedule. They originally installed my a/c unit and I can’t say enough about the experience. Highly recommend

After another company quoted us $2500 to replace a 3 year old compressor, we wanted a second opinion. I called and Comfort came out immediately and saw immediately the compressor was fine. After spending a few minutes investigating they saw we had a problem with the thermostat. They charged a small fee and our house was cool in no time. We are so relieved and grateful. We will always use this company!

It was easy to schedule an appointment and even though they were unable to meet the two-hour window, they called to let me know and were only 30 minutes later. Technicians were friendly and resolved the problem quickly.

I called at noon yesterday asking for someone to come by in the afternoon to help me with a non-emergency HVAC issue (zone damper failure) and asked if anyone freed up could they swing by. The person on the phone was very understanding and told me he would call me if someone freed up. They ended up calling me that afternoon around 4:30 and came by to confirmed my issue. They even helped me manually open the damper for time being until I get a replacement part. I was extremely impressed with how nice and professional they were with me and my family. I would highly recommend them.

We use the contract package for our systems. They service us twice a year and come for emergencies . One price for 2 services a year .
