Comfort Air is a group of honest, hard working guys who want to help. It’s hard to find people in the service industry who actually want to accurately diagnose and quickly repair a problem for their customers at a reasonable price.

I continue to be impressed with the high level of knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy that exemplifies Comfort Heat & Air. They reminded me of my need for my sixth month service (I have a pre-paid service contract so there was no “extra” money for them by giving me this thoughtful courtesy) and came out when it was convenient for me (have you ever noticed how some companies act like they are doing YOU a favor??). Caden called to let me know he was on his way, was thorough in his examination of my system and answered all my questions. I renewed my service contract for another year and have no plans to EVER use another HVAC company.

Air Comfort was on time and did a fantastic job servicing our homes A/C system. His team is professional and there service tech Caden really exemplified professionalism. 5 stars all the way!!!

The entire process from scheduling a repair to communications from the tech to troubleshooting and replacement they were extremely easy to work with and very professional. I am extremely happy with the service and highly recommend them for your AC needs.

OF COURSE, my condenser (outside unit) decided to freeze up the Tuesday before Christmas eve with 18 people schedule to come. Called Comfort Air & Heat and talked to Chase. Told him my problems and he said he would have a Tech there between 12-1. the Tech Joe showed up at 12:14 and in an hour and a half had me up and running. Turned out the zone controller was not letting the blower motor kick on. We don't use the zone system anyway, so Joe bypassed it and installed a new thermostat. Also added a pound of freon to the system. Joe fixed it so good that the AC wouldn't turn off once it got to temperature. Called Chase again and he had Joe scheduled to come back the same day that evening. Joe figured out that the brand new out of the box thermostat was defective and replaced it with another one. We doubled checked to make sure the system would shut down once it got to temperature and it did this time. Chase even showed up will Joe was still there to make sure everything was working properly.
In my book these fellas went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and I would recommend them to anyone requiring HVAC work. Especially when its Christmas in TEXAS!

Unfortunately HONEST!!!! Had 2 other companies tell me “you have to replace!” Not JMS from the start they said “let us take a look if we can fix it we will!” Guess what THEY DID!!!!

James and his crew came out and had our heat back up and running. Extremely affordable and will definitely be using them in the future if something happens.

We live in a mobile home and the landlord called them for a service and to get an estimate. Let me tell you the guy who showed up TODAY, was very rude and wouldn’t listen to anything the previous person said was wrong with the ac/furnace and said oh we will be quick so don’t worry about it. Umm are u serious???
I work in CUSTOMER SERVICE, and let me tell you I would NEVER hire these people what so ever. Want to tell me that I have to leave my house for 4-8 hours to do the job and that we have to take our dogs with us? I would NEVER leave my house for someone to do a job. That just brought up so many red flags.
Needless to say, we told our landlord no on them and told them what happened and they also agreed that they would hire someone else to do the job.

Stay far, far, far away!

James was very knowledgeable about my system, gave great explanations and recommendations. I would highly recommend using JMS for both service and new installation.

To say that professional is associated with this company would not due them a service. This company treated my elderly folks so poorly and the owner would berate their staff in front of the customer in an effort to show some sort of authority. Call backs were next to nothing and follow ups were only performed if repeatedly contacted to the point that they became irritated and even berated my elderly folks while on the phone. It’s sad that this business started off so promising and then ended with nothing but verbal attacks. Poor customer service to my parents and even worse since my father is veteran. Be cautious and do the research before hiring.
