The fact that this happened with my less than 5-year-old unit, which has already been repaired twice under warranty (the fan motor and blower motor being the most recent instances), makes me even more skeptical. I won't hesitate to warn others about my experience with Air Specialist. Buyer beware – don't make the same mistake I did!
