We always call John when we need plumbing help. He is very kind and so are his employees. Fair pricing, and great work done.

Repaired a busted exterior underground water pipe in my front yard. Very reasonable and fast workers. Wasted no time and managed to put my yard back together! Would definitely use again.

Called three times within a time span of 30 minutes. First two went to voicemail within 1-2 rings and figured it was a fluke because the area is known for bad reception. Waited 27 minutes later and called again with no answer and was greeted with this message.

The last message was snarky and no way to respond to a customer and I let him know.

So who knows, maybe he wasn't trying to be sarcastic but I found a more professional plumber regardless.

Misrepresented availability. States "open 24 hours" on information in google search. Not working holiday weekend though.

Big John's Plumbing is always reliable and their staff is super friendly! They've never let me down when I was in a pinch with my water heater.

Very poor work done when we had this business repipe the new home my daughter and her family purchased with pex. Roberto had nothing but excuses for poor quality work. When they tried to drain and remove a water heater from the attic it started leaking out the hall light fixture. His excuse was ...its coming out the light thats the electricians problem. Avoid using this company unless you want leaks and poor service.

I have used Big John’s for several plumbing jobs around my house. John and his crew are highly skilled and have quickly solved all of my issues at a very fair price. I highly recommend Big John’s!

Fantastic Company and Honest!
I have used several plumbers through the years and every single one lied to me. The last work I had done was by Sam the Plumber who told me AFTER they charged me thousands to replace my main line that the line under my patio they themselves said was find needed to be replaced after all. I to save money tore up the entire patio and saw nothing wrong so I called Big Johns Plumbing out. They confirmed the problem was NOT under my patio but in fact where Sam the Plumber JUST replaced a few months back. I tore up my patio for nothing! Finally Sam the Plumber grudgingly fixed the problem after Big Johns Plumbing stood up for us and the problem was sooooooooooo bad that they had to redo our entire main line AGAIN! Only plumbing company you can trust is Big Johns... trust me!!!!!!

Attempted to get emergency service for water coming out of a wall, not related to the freeze, and was told 6 days for an emergent repair. The text I got back was a “thumbs up” emoji. Extremely unprofessional.

In response to the owner’s response: The problem is you say you do emergency repairs, I told you twice (once in a voicemail and another in a response to your initial text back to me) that there was water coming out of the wall and soaking carpet, you brushed me off with a one word response and an emoji (extremely unprofessional) without even trying to accommodate an emergency. Don’t tout your “amazing service and quick response time” or advertise that you do “emergency repairs” if you can’t live up to it. All other plumbing companies are backed up from the freeze repairs too, but others that say they still accommodate emergencies are standing by that, and even those that couldn’t accommodate an emergency were more professional in their response. The poor review is due to your lack of professionalism and poor communication. If you can’t get these two basic things right initially why would I ever choose to use your service for a repair.

Very responsive, did great work, stayed on schedule (and updated via texting) exactly as planned, was reasonably priced, and left the work area spotless.

Today we had a problem with our Rinnai water heater after John did vinegar decalcification flush. After the flush, something went wrong as there was no hot water coming - upstairs or downstairs. He called the Rinnai tech support and stayed at site until he and Miguel finally fixed the problem. They almost spent 1 hour extra fixing the hot water problem (the culprit was the turbine which was clogged due to sediments and was not spinning freely and hence impeding the gas flow) and finally fixed He and Miguel never complained and stayed very much focused in solving this problem.

John is THE PLUMBER for all our future plumbing needs. We are even going to recommend him to all the members in our subdivision....he deserves more business.

I’m less than impressed with whomever is handling their messaging. I currently have a backup in my line and called and no answer but message stated to send a text. The reply was simple “we are full till Tuesday”. I replied back with oh ok well your website states 24 hours! Then I was told they were on a job and could come but it would be late. Then proceeded to let me know it would be $212.50 the first hour, and then $145 and hour after that plus parts and labor. I have to admit I’m really disappointed, I saw great reviews and called them because they were local, which I prefer to use local. A simple we can get to you ASAP or even is it an emergency would have been nice...

Since moving into my first home a few years ago I’ve had several plumbing issues with leaky toilets, the air gap draining water with the dishwasher, the hot water in my tub trickling out while cold water came out fine. My water bill reflected these issues. One plumber said I’d need to re-pipe the house and rip out dry wall and it may be a community-wide issue. I didn’t have money for that and the house wasn’t that old. I sought a second opinion from John and he came in and fixed everything in under 2 hours for a fair price! Very personable, very professional. My new plumber! Thanks again John!

After contacting several companies that either never followed up or showed up to fix my clogged toilet, I was impressed by this company's website motto and 5 star ratings. I called Big John and he lived up to all the ratings. Number is saved in my contacts as "My Forever Plumber ". Took care of the problem in under 10 minutes and gave me a discount for taking care of the problem in such a short time!

Had a natural gas valve installed for a generator. Good price and excellent service. Both the appointment for the estimate and installation were right on time. Everything was done quickly as requested. Good communication via text which I like and prefer.

I recently found these guys when we had the drains backing up for the whole house. They responded quickly after I called and unclogged the drains. They did a professional job at a fair price and communication throughout the process via phone and txt was excellent.

We had a water heater fail shortly thereafter and called these guys again. The experience was the same. It is clear to me that great service, at a fair price is what you can expect from Big John's plumbing! I will be using them for all of my future plumbing needs.

We were very happy with the work Big John did. We had not one but two water heaters go out at the same time and John and his crew were able to rearrange some jobs to get the work done in a day. They were professional and timely and replaced both water heaters for less than what another company offered for repairing one of the units and replacing the other for. I would definitely reccomend them for any job you need done.
