Woke up the other morning to a flooded driveway and side yard. My main water line from the meter to the house broke. I wasn’t sure exactly how to turn off the water at the meter. Luckily Art and his son put his other calls off until he could handle this emergency for me. They did a great job and at a reasonable price. They stayed and made sure everything was working without any leaks. Would recommend 100%.

We had recently moved into our new home that the previous owner replaced the water heater before moving out. Fast forward 7 months later, water heater goes out. After trying to contact the manufacturer for help knowing it’s was still under warranty I was fed up with long hold times and several calls to them. I was ready to replace the water heater with a new one out of pocket. I call Essential Plumbing because a friend of mine recommended them. Art showed up to my home on time and determined all I needed was to replace my gas chamber control unit. We ordered the part and when it arrived he came by the following day to install it. Essential Plumbing saves us hundreds of dollars!! Thank you again.

Had a very deteriorated toilet flange that needed to be replaced along with some of the pvc pipe that had also gone rotten. Art did a tremendous job replacing it. New flange is sturdy and secure will definitely use their service for any future plumbing needs

Essential Plumbing came to my rescue when I needed it. They repaired the broken pipe leading to the city sewer that was causing sewage backup which had made toilets and showers unusable. They diagnosed the problem quickly and correctly and fixed it right away. Although due to the nature of the problem it took a few hours but they worked nonstop in a span of 2 days to put the system back to normal. I am so glad I found them because a good plumber is really essential and I recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Art and your crew.

I was very happy with the service I received from Art today. I called late in the day hoping for a next day appointment but to my surprise he came right away, diagnosed the issue, checked moisture levels around areas the leak affected, purchased a new kitchen faucet, and installed it all before dinnertime. I doubt that this level of service would have been acquired by another company so quickly and with such professionalism. Art is amazing, he is so honest. He came to look at a broken valve and recommended I try to fix it by myself by purchasing a piece online without paying him extra labor costs.
