The team at 1-800-Plumber +Air is super professional, does a great job, and cleans up after themselves well. Chad installed our tankless water heater to replace our two existing tank water heaters in the attic. Additionally, a month after the install, I noticed a small amount of water in the drip pan, the culprit was some condensation inside the unit dripping down the venting pipe. I called them to ask about it and they came out that day to fix it.

Their pricing was a little higher than other quotes I got, however they also called in a licensed electrician and roofer to make sure everything was done right. The roofer they hired even did an inspection of the roof and let me know of a few deficiencies.

The overall experience was great. Chad and his apprentices are nice, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.

I would recommend them if you want the job done right.

Dan was very professional and quickly addressed our clogged drains. He also provided expertise related to other parts of our plumbing system.

I like the way Chris send me the analysis of the cause of leakage in my house. He included pictures permitting me to visualize what he was saying. I am still to schedule an appointment to fix the problem. I will definitely use their service

Terrible company.. Taking advantage on the consumer that needs their services.. They quote $995 just to replace a capacitor and fan motor. after they open my unit, they told me that i have to replace the fan as well and quote me for 1800… ridiculous amount.. I end up having No AC at all in the middle of Texas heat… At the beginning, my AC still work, now, its open and not running.

I had a leaky pipe in my attic ruining my ceiling. Chris came out and fixed it. He was very friendly, polite, honest and hard working. He got the job done quick and even recommended a place to fix my ceiling. (Also great with toddlers, dogs and an attack goose.) I would highly recommend him.

Chris and his assistant came to our rescue. We suffered a main line water leak between the house and meter. Chris evaluated the issue then presented us with 3 different options. They proceeded to make the repair plus a few extra valve change outs that we requested. They filled in the ditching after completing the repairs. They cleaned the area well. We could not be happier with Chris and the entire 1-800- Plumbing and Air. If you need plumbing work done don’t waste your time with others like we have in the past. 1st class service. Prompt, courteous and most of all honest.

Joshua was on time and helpful. However he was not experienced with my bidet, and told me if I hired him that his work on my bidet would be his first. I appreciated his honesty. I’m surprised that you would send someone to help that had no experience with my bidet. I provided the information on my bidet, including the model number. Surprised and disappointed that I was not provided with an experienced plumber for my problem.

These folks are AMAZING! We had to have the main sewer line replaced a few months back, price was right and the crew did a great job digging around a large tree to make happen. They are back, working inside the house this time. BIG thanks to Kevin M. for his knowledge and expertise. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing repairs that you have.

Joshua and his helper examined the water heater but after they left I discovered they had left the attic wide open, used my 6’ ladder and didn’t return the ladder back to the garage once finished, and all the lights on in the attic! No way will I give my business to these people

I feel like I did not get my monies worth. My initial leak was fixed by replacing the two metal tube's coming into my tank, but the water heater would not stay lit. No mention of a faulty thermocouple or dirty burner could be the problem. It was all about replacing the water heater. So I was left with a still water heater that does not work after spending $610.

We had Mason out for our annual tankless water heater maintenance. He was efficient and professional. We always appreciate the service we receive when we use 1-800 Plumbers + Air!

Very cool guy definitely was great with making sure we knew what was going on. He also gave us a couple quotes that could be more coast efficient. Definitely better estimates than AB plumbing they were asking 3000. This company was more cheaper for the job.

Kris was very professional, he had a different helper today, I forgot his name, but they both did a great job, very informative, notified me of anything they felt was a little off, and were in and out, cleaned up and paid, in an hour and a half. Will definitely keep them at the top of the list for all of my plumbing needs here at the house and the shop

Mason came out to check work that was done that may have caused sprinklers to stop working. He diagnosed the issue & it was nothing that was caused by 1-800 Plumber. He is very personable, thorough & was able to explain what was going on so I understand. Have had good experiences with this company.

Dan was a true joy to work with regarding the water heater installment. He arrived before the scheduled time (that's good), very professional and knowledgeable. He went in the attic to access the problem and returned with an explanation that was easy to understand. He reviewed the options in detail the options that were available and the costs. I made my decision and he left to get the supplies and a helper. They both returned to my home and began to install the water heater, which took about three hours. I paid my bill, we chatted a little about sports and tested the water temp, which was fine. I requested the temp to be a little hotter and he obliged. It was a pleasure to have Dan as my technician. GREAT work!!!!!
