Chris Besse with 1800 plumber +air is an amazing and kind person. He treated us like family and he's great with dogs and kid. We had a leaking toilet. Chris pulled/ reset our toilet so fast we couldn't believe he was already finished. If you want a real plumber and dont want to spend an arm and a leg please just call 1800 plumber +air.

Josh saved our skins two years in a row now. After diagnosing the the issue as extremely hard water, he worked with us for financing and spent 15 hours installing a water purifier to make sure it was fine in one day so we can have water again. It was an exhausting experience, but Josh's great personality and friendly demeanor and depth of knowledge made the experience as good as possible. (As you can see in the picture, even the harshest critic likes the work done!)

Excellent service! The plumber Chris arrived on time, was very professional, and quickly fixed the issue. He explained everything clearly and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Fair pricing and great communication throughout. Joshua Duran came to my home to fix or replace my garbage disposal . I told him I had a home warranty but I will be paying him and they will reimburse me , what is the charge if I had to replace it he quoted me $900+ can’t remember the exact amount ,I told him that did not sound right I think he was trying to over charge me then he changed it to $579.06 then proceeded to tell me if he unjam it it’s $265 and if it doesn’t work I will have to pay the $265 for unjaming along with $579.06 I ask him why it stop working he stated it probably was a metal he couldn’t describe or specify where the metal was after taking it apart, I called the warranty office they talk to Joshua and asked him what caused it to malfunction he told them he didn’t know if your a professional plumber you should know He proceeded to remove the disposal and still didn’t know why it stopped working . I told him its probably normal wear and tear since you can’t find what was wrong, I called them back ones the disposal was removed they ask him again what was the reason it stopped working he told them again he didn’t know but then he proceeded to tell them and I quote She want me to say it’s wear and tear but I’m not going to lie how in the world you are not going to lie when you don’t know what cause it to malfunction. They did not pay I had to pay for the service. I’m assuming it’s because I did not want to replace my water heater no matter how much discount I feel he was trying to pressure me to get a new water heater after I told him not now then he came up with discount or interest free service . Very unprofessional Lost my business.

My toilet was leaking due to a crack at the bottom of the tank. I called 1-800 Plumber and they were able to get a technician to my house within a couple of hours. The technician, Chris Besse, did a wonderful job with giving me options to replace the toilet since mine was very old and parts are not readily available. I decided to go with a new one and Chris did a great job with getting it replaced the same day. Excellent work all around!!!!!

Josh was very professional and so far in less than 24 hours to complete this survey, his craftsmanship in Plumbing is showing the hard work in placing Pfister Valve, Spout, main water shut -off valve and exterior hose faucet to all be working fine.

Jorge Murillo returned and rectified all the previous technician’s shortcomings. He ensured that all my questions were addressed. If you’re planning to install a tankless water heater, make sure to request him. My tankless water heater is now functioning optimally!

Javier Abrego: he presented himself professionally, approachable, and Extremely Friendly. He displayed 100% knowledge of all products presented. He did not rush or force the sale. His customer service skills were above 5 stars!!! Needing major home repairs can be stressful; however, Javier made it a very pleasant experience. He represented the company exceptionally well. He deserves a Holiday bonus.

Dan was a great guy and super nice, but I was quoted $1,500 to remove a bathroom faucet from the wall and put water valves under cabinet. There was easy access because sheetrock was removed and cabinet had no countertop. He called office to get $200 off if I cut out the hole in cabinet. Another company did it in 1 hour for $250

I was without hot water for almost 2 weeks, the strange thing was that ONLY the guest bathtub had hot water. I contacted Rinnai & they connected me with 4 plumbers out in my area, 1800 was the closest so I went with them- Jorge Murillo did a great job. He showed me what the issue was and once Rinnai sent the part over (in a few days) he came back right away. We have hot water again all over the house.

Wonderful customer service! Chris Besse, was very knowledgeable and friendly. I’m so glad I called 1-800-Plumber for a second opinion. For my toilets to be repaired, they saved me a significant amount of money than the other guys.

I would give five stars except I thought for the job it would have been a little cheaper. Still with the state of America today and the economy it is fairly reasonable. $275 for an outside spigot replacement and I provided the new spigot. The work was fast. They were friendly. They got wet but they did the job well. The part is on and it was about 10 minutes total. Mason was very friendly and I appreciate his haircut and style. You will get a job well done and fast, even on the same day you called. Fast. Friendly. Affordable.
