We had an issue with a clogged kitchen sink. Art came the same day and did a great job getting it fixed quickly. Our kitchen sink works great now. He was efficient, informative and even provided advice on products to use to prevent the issue from happening in the future. I would definitely recommend this company!

Had to move our gas line in kitchen to accommodate new stove so it could sit flush against the wall. Quoted a fair price and was able to complete job on spot. Took no longer than an 1hr and a half and they were done. Very professional. Would recommend.

Water heater replacement was performed in a professional, punctual manner at a reasonable price. Although there was some initial problem due to mis-communication, it was quickly resolved by office manager Tia who was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The crew that did the job headed by Jesus was outstanding, hard working and courteous. They gave good input and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I got a bunch of bids from several (7) people, and they by far offer the best prices. They did fast and thorough work, made sure they cleaned my main sewer line, explained everything to me when I asked. Seriously wonderful people, they even threw in some vacuum seal things for my hoses for free when I asked about it. Oh! And they cleaned the area they worked on real well. When I get the pipes redone on my house these are the guys I'm going to use. I just have to reiterate how great these guys were. There are some sleazy plumbers out there, and these guys were a breath of fresh air.

We appreciated the timely response of the company. The problem that was to be paid attention to did not get fixed. Around two months after the repair, the same leak started again. Fortunately, since the workers did not close the opening where the leak is and a not-so-great patch job was done, we didn't lose money on that. We're just now out of $700+ and looking at potentially losing a $5000 piece of equipment if it's not moved soon. I will contact the company upon my return to the states to find out what their warranty covers....

We had multiple great experiences with Jim and his team across various properties. He takes the time to troubleshoot the root cause. In one project, they had dug in through our planets, installing a pipe. After completion, they left no traces of digging that the Association typically flags.

The work was done fast and professionally. I was kept informed throughout the repair and given a clear and accurate explanation of what was done. It all went well as in previous jobs.

The technician was not able to install the thermostat, told me I needed to order an adapter. I ordered the adapter and he was still not able to get it fixed after two trips and several hours of work. Had a different company come over and they had it working within 30 min and did not need the adapter kit.
